I made an appointment to doctor Tanksley due to a right broken wrist, since my predominant hand it’s the right one, I ask the front desk lady for some help, and she said she could not help me so I asked to talk to the business manager Ms Pamela Fortune, and both refused to help my with my disability, and they refused me the doctor visit, so I guess they do not know about ADA or they just refused to see people that are Latinos. So I would not recommend people to go if they are minorities and have the same problem I had. So I called my primary doctor and my insurance so I could go to another orthopedic doctor

Dr. Tanksley (and Dr. Dane) were great. Dr. Tanksley repaired my rotator cuff (full tear on upper and 50% tear in back). Surgery was a breeze. Recovery in progress.

From day one, I knew this was the right place for me. Dr. Tanksley is very personable and thorough. The entire staff is over the top! Knee replacement surgery went way better than I was expecting. I would highly recommend Dr. Tanksley and Forest Lake Bone & Joint! I cannot say one negative thing about my entire experience. All POSITIVE! I will definitely use them on my right knee in a couple of months. Thank you

Dr. Tanksley is a seriously skilled and talented orthopedic surgeon and he takes great care to study, plan and explain the complexity of your condition and how to best address it. You will be in superior care with him and his team. His offices are well staffed with highly qualified medical professionals like Derek, April and Kayla. And he and his team are truly the nicest I have experienced in this area.

Dr Tanksley is the best. He did both of my knees. Recently my shoulder pain was taken care of by him. I am pain free. April and Kayla are awesome and put you at easy immediately.

Dr. Tanksley was Very Nice! Took his time to explain things. The options I had. The pain levels to expect. The follow-ups were just as helpful and reassuring! Great Doctor and Fine Human being! The Staff are truly Steller! Mary, April, and Kayla! They always made you feel comfortable. Never made you feel like just another patient They smiled, interacted and answered the never ending list of my questions while keeping their happy disposition! The overall experience was what I feel like Really Helpped me through the trauma of knee surgery! 5 golden Stars and Margaritas for the whole Staff! May God Bless each of you!

My experience with Dr. Tanksley and his staff was amazing. They fit me in last minute on a holiday weekend, were super friendly, and extremely helpful. Dr. Tanksley took his time with me and was very honest about the procedure I need. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs orthopedic consulting.

A couple of years ago, Dr. Tanksley repaired a broken bicep tendon on me. This past year, he helped our Special Needs daughter with a severe ankle sprain. Now, he's helping me deal with knee issues. Dr. Tanksley is a patient, gentle-spirited doctor whose knowledge and experience are evident each visit. I genuinely appreciate his care of my daughter and myself. Thanks Dr. Tanksley!

Absolutely AMAZING..My husband had an extremely amount of pain in his right shoulder since before Covid. After a couple different doctors and and searching for a good doctor one that would actually take the time and do an X-ray and or MRI. We found him, Dr. Tanksley Jr. We seen him on December 19th, had to have surgery, had that on January 6th, my husband is feeling and healing great, husband pain is completely gone, such a great Dr. We recommend Dr Tanksley 100%...
