Very personable & objective doctor. He is always cheery & positive when he comes in and leaves the same way. He is always busy, as are all other doctors, but he takes time to listen to any and all complaints I may have at any given time.

Dr. Hsiao has been patient and thorough on each and every visit. He obviously cares about his patients and their health. The office and medical assistance are pleasant and professional as well. I'm thankful to have Dr. Hsiao as my primary care physician.

My husband and I switched to Dr. Hsiao when Dr. Prier left and he is absolutely wonderful! Even with telemedicine we have had a great experience.

Dr. Victor Hsiao has been my primary care dr. since I moved to TX. I was pleasantly surprised to find a doctor who actually listened and didn't make you feel like your 10 minutes of his time was pushing it. He is knowledgeable and kind and caring. His visits cover more than just your complaints. He takes time to inquire about other issues you might have or not. I highly recommend him. The other bonus is that his office has a doctor available on Saturday and Sunday too.

I moved to Huntsville in 2009 and started going to Dr. Victor Hsiao. I can't believe I haven't reviewed his services as I am so very pleased with him as my physician. Of all the doctor's I've had in my many years Dr. Hsiao has more compassion and is the most patient of any Dr. I've seen. He will take the time to discuss your issues and make sure you understand. He is so down to earth and friendly. Today in addition to excellent medical care I received a hug from him. Now, how many doctors do that? I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my family or friends.

D- To give some context, i'm active duty military so i use Tricare. I'm assuming his team is not experienced working with Tricare. Too many mistakes putting in referrals (lower back vs upper back...e.t.c), they also forget to actually put in the referrals so you always have to call them, oh referral team never picks up so you have to leave a message and this could take up to 2-3 days for a response. That is not fun when they messed up the referral in the first place. They dont really know other doctors that take tricare, or maybe its not their job to do the research, so it falls on the patient to go find their own doctors. Which is not something I've had to deal with seeing other medical groups. All of this is time consuming which makes getting care take weeks and months. B+ visits are usually okay, never had a bad experience. A+ Dr. Hsiao is a great Doctor, listens well. I cant if he is the problem when conveying notes, or just the admin team.

I love this doctor. He listens to you and has a great bed side manner.

I have been a patient for approx. 7-8 years with various ailments and Dr. Hsiaohas been right on target with his diagnosis. I am very pleased with his level of care.
