I can’t say enough about American Dynamic Imaging. I am extremely claustrophobic. I have been needing an MRI of my brain for over a year but could not get past the helmet piece. Being able to sit up with a wonderful technician continuously telling me how many scans and minutes were left was a life saver. I will go here every time I need MRI services. Simply amazing! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

A complete waste of money and time. Their images were not done well and we had to completely redo them. They overcharged for the procedure and their billing department won’t return our phone calls to process a refund for the overpayment. Go somewhere else.

I can't begin to share how much I appreciate my Neurologist for not stopping until he found a place that understood my needs. The staff at American Dynamic Imaging was simply amazing and considerate. The technician understood the dynamics of claustrophobic and made sure I was well prepared for a positive experience.

Just went through the first of the three MRIs I possibly need. I was highly impressed with compassion shown by the lady who conducted my MRI. They incorporated me in their schedule on short notice. The entire process was smooth.

I’m reviewing do to an ongoing issue with your billing department that is now affecting my insurance records. As of March 18, my insurance reflects that I have not met my deductible. Considering I paid $435.00 I would appreciate a response. However, it is now May 1, and there has still been no response from your billing team to either my insurance company or to me. This delay is causing complications with my coverage and claims processing. I need this matter addressed as soon as possible. Please provide an update and ensure that the necessary information is sent to my insurance company without further delay. Thank you.

I haven’t been able to get an MRI in years due to claustrophobia. This was a godsend. The standup is perfect, yes it squishes your shoulders a bit, but you are looking straight out and can talk to the person conducting the test (and see them too). You can see the TV, but hearing it….no lol. It was quick, easy and I couldn’t believe it was over! No meds needed.

I just had an MRI done at American Dynamic Imaging in Hurst and it was the best MRI experience I have ever had. They have a seated open out front MRI machine. Teri is incredible how she cares for you and looks out for you. I had spinal surgery last year and she made sure I was comfortable during the entire MRI. I have never experienced any one like her in medical imaging. I am very thankful for her kindness and going way beyond her job description to make sure I was not in pain. May God bless you, Teri.
