I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby (after I received a phone call telling me to head to the clinic) I was finally taken back to a room. From then on the process wasn’t bad but I spent over an hour in the office. Staff was fairly cordial but not close to a 4 or 5 star rating.

The staff was great but when the Dr came into the room he was very angry that I did not have a mask on. He even told me Covid has made him not want to practice being a Dr anymore and he seemed angry the whole visit and with a bad attitude. This was my first time to have a bad experience there.

I’m a patient and a fellow colleague, my experience with this location has been epic and has the best staff , our front desks are rock stars , lab and X-RAY un beatable, our providers ridiculously intelligent and compassionate. Our CM I can honestly say Demetrius Williams has been my best manager in my 20 years in the healthcare industry! As a patient I was seen by Dr.Wilks , love this man . Down to earth, humble yet clear and concise. I RECOMMEND YOU TO LET THEM CARE FOR YOU LIKE FAMILY! I RECOMMEND THEM AS A FUTURE CAREER “with opportunities to grow ! “ V ❤️
