List of Physician Partners Of America's Reviews
Worst place ever, definitely go else where. I was told that they took my insurance and that the doctor I was seeing would also take it. Nope not true. I got an almost $600 bills for a doctor who didn't take my insurance. Such liars, go elsewhere where they actually address your medical problem. Worst place ever, I even told my primary doctor about this place. I will continue to tell people to not come here.
Sheri listens and has been very supportive, confirming my situationI have many conditions that need management, back, neck, joints! My number one belief is that each condition is unique per personDr. Nieves is assisting me in finding the best solution for mine!I've chosen injections and ablation for my lower back issuesagain, not all back problems are the same, mine is uniquei've avoided surgery for 25 years and hope to continueNP Sheri Crummey is great at documenting my issuesand has done an excellent job at taking care of me!Bursitis and joint issues are often plaguing me,an injection today has given me great pain reliefThe entire team is great and i feel that they care!
Beware! My doctor required cash only payments unless you were covered under his insurance plans. After he retired I moved to another provider outside Physician Partners Group. Almost a year later they are calling me demanding payment! Of course I have no records/receipts of the cash transaction. Payment is demanded or they will turn me over to collections! All the good doctors have left, there are many other professional center available. My advise, is to find another medical provider!
Worst place ever been too. They don’t work with you even with COVID. They say one thing and then do another. Will never return here nor will I ever refer anyone. Least professional place who doesn’t care about the patient.
Wasn’t sure my doctor was aware of my meds & needs maybe next month will be better
01/22/2020-I am updating my review again. I am happy with the care I am getting now. I hope it will continue. Previous reviews: I am cautiously updating my previous reviews today. After my nightmares, see below, I talked to the office manager and Dr. Nieves. The wait times are significantly less now, and I am able to get my medications in one appointment each month. Dr. Nieves even asked last week to make sure I wasn't having difficulty obtaining my medications. I now have a clear plan of care that is being followed.4 months ago: This practice has become the place of nightmares. You go in and talk to the practitioner, leave and go home and think they are actually trying to care for you, but surprise! Not a good one either. I went in just over a month ago to see Dr. Nieves and thought that we had worked out a care plan to help control my chronic pain. He said he was going to order a brand specific medication that was better absorbed, so that I wouldn't have to take a higher dosage. I got my RX filled and it was the same medication I have been on for years. He didn't reorder the medication that had been previously ordered to go with the same medication for break-through pain. So after just two weeks, I got to pay another copay to talk to a different provider to see if they would order that medication. She ordered it, BUT told me that I would have to come back in two weeks, pay another copay, for my regular monthly visit. This practice is horrible about calling back patients after they call to ask questions on the help line. The communication is horrendous. They do not document what was discussed when you call, so you have to start from the beginning every time. The consistency in care, along with the lack of communicating changes to patients before they leave the office is worse than horrendous,-5 stars. My visit last week with Angela, the second time I have seen her because they are having problems keeping PA's...well, when the medication was called in, the provider, Angela, had decreased my dosage for my primary pain medication to a quarter of what I have been taking. A month ago and 2 weeks ago the dosage was okay, but last week, NOPE! Wait it gets better...After I called to ask why and request that my dosage remain the same, they cancelled the RX, and as of today, over a week later have not sent in another RX. So, today I will take the last of my primary pain medication. I have talked to the office and told them I was running out of medication, but I still don't have anything at the pharmacy. Sure, I have the medication for break-through pain, but if I take more than the 2 ordered per day, I break my contract with them. It will not help much with my chronic pain either. This morning I will be going into the office again, just over a week after my last visit, to sit and wait for a cancellation to try to get my needs met. Yes, it will be extremely painful to sit and wait. Because I cannot drive, my sister in law will possibly miss work and my chronically ill husband suffer, but they are coming with me because they see that I am not receiving the care I am paying for. This practice's tag line is "We don't just treat the pain, we treat the patient". This is how they treat the patients. I see from other recent reviews that my nightmare is shared by many others. This is from 2 months ago: I had previously given this practice 5 stars. So, what changed? Over the past several months wait time to be seen has increased. The last 3 visits I have waited 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. My pain medication dosage was decreased without ANYONE discussing it with me beforehand. This is a pain medication that has worked well at that strength for 5+ years, that I have taken responsibly. I called to discuss what I understood to be an error with them and I was told I would have to make another appointment and the dosage would not be changed. I am very dissatisfied with the poor communication and disorganized state of this practice now. I used to feel like the care provider actually cared about managing my pain, now that isn't the case.
We had to wate 2 hours for doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
