They charged me in advance for my scan even after my insurance quoted full coverage and after my insurance paid the entire amount told me it would take up to 60 days to receive a refund and I would have to keep calling back. My friend just told me it took her 6 months to get her money back. Unethical practices

In the last 6 months, between my mother and me, I’ve been to Hurst Touchstone 4 times. We’ve had ultrasounds, X-rays, CT and MRI. In every case the entire experience was seamless. When calling to schedule, someone quickly answers the phone and you get to talk to an actual person who can schedule you and answer questions. It is such a relief compared to the experiences I’ve recently had with dr offices and other medical facilities. The check-in was fast and easy each time and we were quickly called back for procedures. All the techs were kind and efficient. Today the tech was even able to get my iv in for the contrast with almost no pain. I also appreciate the text reminders.

Very courteous and professional staff. Appointment was scheduled quickly. Check-in was a breeze. The MRI tech was very calm and reassuring. It was a great experience despite the reason for the visit. Would highly recommend.

I got a mammogram. It was quick & done very well & I even got results later that evening!! Good experience & im glad it’s over!!!!

Let me start by saying that they have an appointment center that doesn't communicate with the individual offices. The receptionist was offensive and I told her so. I was so aggravated that I acted in a way that I would not do if I could change it. That being said where is customer service heading especially in our medical system?
