Don't understand the negative responses. Donna Brazell has been my PCP for almost three years now. She gets me in when I need it, even on short notice. She diagnosed serious nerve damage after several other dr's misdiagnosed it, and she and her staff have been nothing but kind and helpful. More doctors need to spend time listening to their patients like they do here. There are 110% worth the short drive out to Idalou from Lubbock!!

I was a patient as of today I am no longer a patient. I called yesterday to talk to Donna and I never got a call back so I called this morning and I told them that I wanted a list of doctors and they acted like they could care less. Worse clinic do not go there at all, they do not care about your health at all!😡

Would t give locations star at all but have to to be able to post. Staff at this location is unprofessional Kenzie and the front in rude and office manager will not deal with customers keeps passing the buck to front staff to take care of.

This office and everyone in it has been professional and kind. They helped to diagnose and test my daughter's step throat andeven helped me look up the cheapest place to find her prescription. I don't have insurance and that was not a big deal to them at all.

Highly do not recommend!Went to see Dr.Donna 2 days in a row for chest pains, fever, migraines chills etc...I do not have insurance so she didn’t even run any tests without even asking me if I wanted a payment plan. Just assuming I couldn’t pay. She brushed me off and sent me home. Next day even worse breathing couldn’t hardly breath at all! She once again kept brushing me off and saying I just had an anxiety attack. Literally had 2 tell two different nurses and the DR. 3 different times that it was not just anxiety that I literally could not breath! Went to kings gate the 3rd day turns out I have pneumonia in both of my lungs and high liver enzymes. Glad I went to Kingsgate Urgent Care when I did. They saved my life!

Just a glorified bandaid stand. No doctor on premises or RN. Girl wearing scrubs might be an LVN but anything over a simple 1st degree burn or skinned knee and they'll just send you to Lubbock. They literally treat nothing. They can't even prescribe you a prescription for an antibiotic for an infected cut. I seriously don't know why they even bother to have this place open. It literally serves no purpose. So if it's anything more than a tiny splinter in your finger just drive to Lubbock. They are just going to send you there anyway so why waste your time stopping here to begin with.
