The doctor is kind, thorough, and expert but the Aspire corporation impedes communication except regrding their own products and fails to respond to patients regarding other care and prescriptions. Very disappointing.

Great allergist. I've been going to him for years.

I am leaving this practice because of his staff. Dr Aubrey himself was respectful however I ran into issues with his office manager, in particular, and a superior attitude. I was contacted by his office regarding food allergy results for my one year old. The nurse explained that my son had tested a high positive for peanut allergy and that it was urgent that I come in to discuss the results with him. I scheduled an appointment for that week and called back to ask for a doctors note to supply my sons school about the peanut allergy in the meantime, so they could be aware and know how to treat it in case of a severe reaction such as anaphylactic reaction. My sons daycare will not administer any medication over the counter or otherwise, without a doctors note. The office manager refused to request the note from Dr Abry and said I would just have to wait until my appointment later in the week. I asked for a Benadryl (over the counter) note as well and the office manager refused that as well. I asked for the doctor to return my call and she said he doesn’t do calls and doesn’t do emails. The only way to communicate with him is by waiting for the appointment. Who wants to wait to supply the right documentation to their sons school about a peanut allergy?? It just seems inflexible, negligent and poor practice. It concerns me that my son wouldn't have any doctor record on file at his school about the peanut allergy in case of a severe reaction and it concerns me that Abry’s staff a) speaks for the doctor and b) thinks that is acceptable to leave clients at risk. Peanut allergies are extremely serious and can be deadly within a matter of minutes. That was the end of me going to this practice. Specialists aren’t cheap and I work hard for my money. If the staff doesn’t care about my child’s well being and doesn’t take these concerns seriously, then there’s no reason for me to do business with them.

Dr.Aubry is a really nice guy to a conversation with but after 4 years of going to him, it is safe to say that nothing was accomplished in making my allergies better. I would get the same thing told every time, which was to increase dosage of medicine a little bit. I went to another allergy doctor and since then my allergies are much better.

Dr. Aubry is great guy and really has a passion for what he does, it shows in he attentiveness. He really takes the time to understand and ask plenty of questions. He has a really great since of humor and is so easy going and easy to talk to. Look forward to further treatments with him.

Really takes time to understand patient's allergy symptoms. Have been on allergy therapy since 12/2016 and the benefits are worth sticking with the program of care.

Dr. Aubry is the best allergy doctor their is! He is so friendly always has a smile! Very professional! His staff are the best! Always want to help! Very clean office and doctor Aubry really cares about his patients! Really recommend this doctor! He is the best!!! If their were ten stars I would give them the ten!!! Great doctor!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Aubry's since I was first diagnosed with allergies in 1983. Through the years, they have been great about getting me in when ill, calling in prescriptions, and following up. Great doctor and office staff

I received good references from my primary doctor and from 15 people I worked with at the time.Dr. Aubry and his staff are wonderful to work with and make you feel comfortable about your treatment for allergies and asthma. Dr. Aubry goes out of his way to spend enough time with you to answer all of your questions and cover what is going on with your treatment plan.
