His assistant in the lab was really good (Krystal). Lab techs always have trouble finding a vain and hitting it with the needle. It's been a VERY log time since I had it go as smooth. It felt no more than like a mosquito bite, got the vein on the first try, and the bruise on my arm is almost nonexistent.

This was my second appt with Dr. Al-Rafai. I didn't think he could top the last visit, but he did. His caring manner, and interest in you understanding everything, AND answering all questions, is what I want in a doctor. I leave the office actually looking forward to the next appt!

Spent some time getting to know the real me, not the paperwork. He asked a lot of questions, I am confident that he can help me with my condition as he seemed very interested in understanding my work life and my habits, then he looked at my medical history and asked questions to tie them together. Ran some test and will discuss treatment options once he looks at those. Was not rushed into anything.

Dr Al - Rifai is a good man and it seems like he is great dictor. I had a littany of questions and concerns and he took the time to answer each and everyone of them. Never felt rushed. Very good people skills and he put my wife and I immediately at ease. The only reason I had to wait is that when I made my appointment I was told the practice would have moved to the new location. The move was delayed. No one called me to advise to go to current address. Very annoying. Your new location is sleek

Dr. Al Rifai was knowledgeable and attentive. He spent a reasonable amount of time with me going over my treatment plan. I will say though, his middle eastern accent makes some words a little difficult to understand. This Texas girl had to ask him to repeat a few things :-)
