Building 2201 Suite 205 If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother had a terrible experience at this office. My mother received a life-threatening diagnosis, and the receptionist was hostile and heartless, showing no sympathy. The receptionist seemed more concerned about the office getting its payment than about my mother’s well-being. She even accused my mother of not intending to pay, implying that they were claiming they would pay but had no real intention of doing so. Others around confirmed that her behavior was heartless and not fit for this field. If you're working in the medical field with an attitude like that, then this isn't the right field for you. Perhaps a career in car sales or phone sales, would be a better fit. The receptionist was a Hispanic lady with glasses and dark, dyed hair.

I have been coming here for about 4 or 5 years they're always very nice very professional timely I get in I get out today I saw Aurora and she was great these things can be uncomfortable but she made me feel comfortable about the exam and acknowledgable. I would recommend Baylor imaging 100%!

That was one of the nicest and smoothest visits in a medical office I’ve ever had, with practically no waiting time. Big thank you to the whole team!

I had a mammogram three weeks ago. I've left numerous messages trying to find out if the results were in or is no news good news or will it be in the portal for patients or will they call me and I have yet to hear a response it just seems to me that 3 weeks is an extraordinarily long time to be waiting to find out. Will definitely not go back to this place I'm sure that the technician is excellent but not returning calls or telling people how they will get their results seems unprofessional. Update: I did get in touch with the receptionist today and as it turns out the mammogram was abnormal and I need to come back in for a diagnostic. For this to go on addressed and not informing me after 3 weeks is unacceptable. I've tried to chase them down for the last 3 weeks with messages left on the voicemail trying to squeeze the results out of them or any information on how I will get the results. They tried to blame it on my primary care doctor saying he should have called me. They wanted me to reschedule to come back in for a diagnostic there but I'm absolutely not going there if it takes this long to get results.

Went in for yearly mammogram, was warmly welcomed by Micaela at 7:15am- not too many people are that cheerful at that time of the morning- she was helpful and had a beautiful smile. My mammogram was done by Jennie who was professional, kind and efficient. Received my results very quickly. Highly recommended this facility.

If I could give them a 0 star...I would. I showed up at 7:45a.m. for my 8:00a.m. appointment. Was put in the room at 8:02 and was told I was next to go back for my exam. By 8:20 still had not had anyone come in my room. I asked the receptionist who was walking down the hall when would I be taken back for my mammogram and at 8:45....still no response. I got dressed and left! As I was leaving, standing in the waiting room, the nurse/radiologist comes up and says she can take me back now! NO way!!!!! Needless to say, I will not be wasting my time with them anymore.

I had to wait OVER 2 weeks for my results. "NORMAL". Well they have never been just normal, and I still have the same tatas!! So not feeling very confident with these results. But whatever Baylor 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Everyone is so kind and professional.

An absolute shameful experience. As a breast cancer survivor today was extremely important. My 6-month follow-up mammogram to discern I was cancer free. Post mammogram, the technician as about history that should have been in my file in a demeaning way and then forced me to speak to her manager. I was then painted as unreceptive! Lacks compassion and unwilling to put patient care first

No recomiendo este lugar. Hablé tres veces y me dijeron que si aceptaban mi seguro médico. Cuando llegué al sitio, me dijeron que tenía que pagar el costo del examen porque no aceptaban mi seguro médico. Trabajan muy mal!!!!
