Dr Grasty is a great Doctor been going to her for 10 yrs I recently moved to Arlington and I still drive to see her. I will continue going to her.

I have been with Dr. Grasty for a while now, more than 8 years. I have to say she is amazing. She listens and treats you and your health as a whole. She is very smart and quick to diagnose. Other doctors in other specialties have even told me she is great and 9 out of 10 times she will solve the issue. Not just diagnose it, but actually solve it as well! I have had my share of bad doctors who diagnose absurd illnesses. Dr. Grasty has taken the time to learn about my health and together we are able to get me where I want. I feel better every day. I recommend her to anyone looking for a long term internal medicine doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Grasty for 18 years, she is the top Dr. I have ever seen, she knows my medical history top to bottom, if I am ill, I refuse to go to anyone but her. She pays close attention to her patience medical needs and remembers you. She treats you like family, she has literally diagnosed something in my foot within 10 minutes that the surgeon didn't even bother to look at after a surgery. If she can't fix you she knows the top Dr's to refer you to. I will always keep her as my primary Dr.

Dr Betty Grasty is without question one of the TOP primary care physicians in the Dallas Metroplex. She is very concerned, very detailed and willing to take the extra steps to achieve the best out come.

Dr. Grasty is fantastic! She is professional, down to earth, and truly cares about her patients. I have been sick for a few months with shingles, strep, gall bladder, and flu. Had called me after hours to check in me. I love her and have every confidence in her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Grasty's for many years. She is very kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and gives good recommendations for referrals! She recently left her own practice to join UT Southwestern. The switch has caused some hurtles with her existing patients transferring and with scheduling more urgent sick visits. When Dr. Grasty heard of the difficulties I was having with the transition she recommended that I use Mychart in order to communicate with her more efficiently and make sure my urgent care needs are still being met. I continue to be amazed by the expertise and dedication Dr. Grasty has for her patients! I have referred several coworkers to her and they all love her!

She's great! Takes time to really review what is going on and find real solutions for you. I also find her to be hilarious and easy to talk to.

While Betty herself is good, her office help leaves a lot to be desired. Very cold and distant with short yes and no answers. If you are looking for that personal touch this is NOT the place. 6/25/18 Okay i have to update my review and Dr Grasty has made alot of changes including her staff. As always Dr Grasty is great!! But the new staff takes her to the top.

I've used Dr. Grasty as my PCP for two years for annual checkups without any issues. Recently I've been suffering from a painful injury. She was helpful in ordering x-rays and referring me to a specialist. However, the specialist she referred me to did not specialize in my type of injury. I was rescheduled by that office for another specialist that canceled my appointment AFTER I showed up. I had to wait another four days to get rescheduled for yet another specialist. I called her office two days in a row while I was waiting for my appointment to ask for a referral elsewhere because waiting four more days was unbearable.The pain became so severe I ended up in the ER. After two days, her nurse called me back to say Dr. Grasty suggested to take Tylenol (as if I hadn't already tried this). She didn't provide a referral to another doctor. Her unresponsiveness is unacceptable. If you're looking for a doctor that cares about her patients and is helpful in times of need, this isn't the right doctor for you.
