I have been a patient of Dr Tsay for more than 16 years. Having the same doctor for that long says alot about having trust in someone. Dr. Tsay and his team will diagnose, treat and comfort you thru the process and procedure. Having them on your side will ensure you come out better on the other side.

I have been going to Dr. Tsay for many years for help with knee pain. I did not want to have surgery. He helped with the pain until I was ready. He performed the surgery the day after Christmas 2022. Three months later, I was finished with PT and pain free. It has now been 5 1/2 months and back to all of my activities including golf and softball. Thank you Dr. Tsay!!

I had a work injury and was assigned to All Star Orthopedic in Southlake. My assigned doctor is Dr Tsay. The staff are always professional and friendly which makes me feel comfortable. The facility is very clean and modern. My appointments are done with ease and never a long wait to see Dr Tsay. The staff are very friendly and cordial. Dr Tsay is friendly, professional, thorough, informative and straight to the point about what is needed and what to possibly expect because everyone is different in treatment and healing. I had surgery, physical therapy and shoulder manipulation. My healing process has been a little different and frustrating because I required additional out patient treatment. Everyone is different and sometimes these things happen but I was informed ahead of time of possible setbacks during the healing process. So no worries. Currently, I am in physical therapy with much better range of motion and strength training. I Highly recommend Dr Tsay.

Dr. Bing was very helpful with clearing me for my injury. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Staff at the front desk were helpful but a little abrupt and rude when I checked in.

Went for a rotator cuff surgery in feb, 2019. Still in lot of pain, arm does not go behind. Requested for an MRI. Dr Tsay denied it and no help received. Wish he didn't do my surgery.

Went for a rotator cuff surgery in Feb, 2019. After several months of physio things did not improve. have excruciating pain, arm does not go behind. Went for a follow up, requested an MRI. Dr Tsay denied MRI and refused any help saying he can't do anything. Went to another doctor, he ordered MRI, report and film showed abnormality ,still a tear and a pinched nerve..... Wish he had not done my surgery... I am in tremendous pain and getting ready for a second surgery for the same reason with another surgeon.
