Last weekend, I visited CareNow due to a persistent cough. The Asian doctor accurately diagnosed the issue and prescribed the appropriate medication for acute bronchitis. I am now fully recovered, just a week later!

This was the most apathetic staff I've ever seen. I did not feel like they took my pain seriously. Also they didn't follow up on half the things they said they would do and I was in too much pain to remember until I got home. I could've gotten more empathy from the DMV. I do love that they offer online check-in though

I had Dora and she didn’t have any personality or empathy. It was clear she just wants a check. She didn’t know anything. She couldn’t do anything. She knows it’s freezing here and didn’t even try to find me a blanket when it was clear I was freezing.she said she had to ask her manager to give me a BLANKET. A blanket ???? She just don’t give a damm. She was awful

Checked in online. Then filled out all insurance paperwork. I didn’t hear anything from them after 30 minutes so I drove up. I get there and the person behind the counter says “ Oh I was just about to call you, we are busy now and you have about another hour wait”. I asked what the point of online check in is if I then have to wait another hour and a half. I left and went across the street and was seen immediately. Don’t waste your time.

I love this Care Now! Everyone from the gentleman at the check in desk, the nurse and the doctor, I could not have asked for any friendlier service. My wait time was minimal. Doctor was able to diagnose my issue quickly and gave me a prescription. Facility was very clean and appeared organized. Parking was easy. This is one of only a few Care Now in the metroplex that can accept Medicare. Having used Care Now in Grapevine many times, I was so upset when I went on Medicare and found I could not continue using them. I am beyond delighted that I found this location that accepts Medicare.

If I could give this place a 10, I would. Best staff. So friendly and fast. I got a piercing stuck in my ear, it had sunken in so I couldn’t get it out. Walked in crying and a mess lol! The guy at the front was so welcoming and friendly! The doctor was amazing! She was talking me through it! I will definitely be back! I was in and out maybe 15 minutes! Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!
