At the first care now I went to (by the Irving mall) I had the RUDEST nurse. If I had not just paid my co pay I would have left. He almost made me cry. Terrible experience. At the second location I went to in las Colinas it was an incredible experience. Kind nurses and PAs. Incredibly kind and helpful people there.

Brianna and Ms. Madaline (Sorry if i spelt it wrong) are some of the most awesome people you can meet. They were able to assist me and guide me to the right direction with such professionalism and very knowledgeable. CareNow is lucky to have them on the team because they will make your visit the absolute best!

The guy at the front desk really rude, no any manners, he was rolling his eyes at me, because I showed off 10 min before the closed time. No good customer service at all. The doctor was really good and professional

I had an excellent experience here. I came to be seen for an infected dog scratch and waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. The staff were friendly and helpful. Jennifer Whaley, PA was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and quick. And it was an added plus that she’s a fellow Black woman! Thank you!
