Dr.Paek is the top of the game! I’ve been going to him for the past 2-3 years. And it’s always great to see him even when I’m at my worst.
Great facility but the receptionist, not very good with communication. Didn’t really know who she was working for or where she was working. Made the facility very confusing won’t be coming back.
I came in today under very embarrassing circumstances but my nurse Victoria and doctor Fatima were so nice and made me feel comfortable. They answered all of my questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Excelente atención médica la que dan aquí.
Dr. Amber Hyde is amazing she made me very comfortable and I didn’t feel rushed this clinic is amazing I’m glad Amazon offers this benefit to us
I've been coming here for months to see Daniel for acupuncture and he has provided excellent care. Today I needed to see a doctor after several days of being sick, so I called this morning to make sure they were ok with an in-person visit (since it's COVID-times and I know things are different). They let me know it was ok and I booked an appt for later that day. 5 minutes before I'm supposed to leave, the office calls me and says the doctor requested to switch me to a phone visit. I let them know I really prefer to come in (hence why I called earlier in the morning) and after going back and forth, the doctor got on the phone to try and talk me into a phone visit. She did agree finally to see me in person but said they would need to reschedule me for tomorrow, so I let her know I was going to find a different doctor that could see me today. The doctor audibly "harrumphed" and then HUNG UP on me!! The doctor... hung up on me! What kind of behavior is that?
Unprofessional, rude employees, everyone seemed to be in a bad mood and rushed. Seemed stressed but only saw 1 other patient in office. Prices are ridiculous. Very lazy environment do not seem like professionals at all. Ive called multiple times and never get an answer, call back, or anything. Avoid this place.
This clinic is amazing. I got very remarkable, unforgettable and professional service from people work there. They are so gentle, polite and responsible. The receptionists (I forgot her name) on the front desk are so smart and helpful. The doctor whom I see was, Kamille Romain, MD is very decent, professional and cooperative, she provide her enough time to check me up, she pay full attention about my issues I have. She politely explained me for the further procedure, medication uses method, quick referral for x-ray, and all guidelines about pain and prevention. I'm so thankful for my doctor and all her team as well.
Wonderful. Price is right.
I love the fact that Amazon has Crossover Health as a provider. The front office staff has always been courteous and polite to me. My chiropractor (can't remember her name) was awsome and Dr. Amber Hyde has really taken care of me thus this far. My copay is very reasonable. I definitely recommend Crossover Health.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
