They dont even deserve any star. They dont know how to respect their patients and the staff is very unprofessional. even while having health insurance they force to pay curtain fee in cash to them. THE INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE IS MOSTLY FALSE. they canceled appointments for the third time after going to their place, having an argument and denying us with lame excuses, ending up calling the police on them. when the police showed up they cant even say the truth. we are planning to make a police report and take them to the court. lastly they are REALLY RACIST!!! Dr. Darshana Chandrasekhara doesn't deserve to be in health department. SHAME ON YOU!!

Her wait times to see her are ridiculous. I had an appointment at 11:15 am and I was waiting in the lobby and looked at the time it was 12:05 pm. I haven't even seen a nurse yet. I wanted to leave and cancel my appointment but I had to wait until the receptionist was back at her desk because she's hardly ever there. Dr Chandrasekhara in my opinion is not a bad dr. but my past few visits with her have been unpleasant because I felt like she was rushed and was overbooking her patients. She is informative with your conditions but lacks a personal experience. You wait an hour or more and once seen by her she gets you out her door in a few minutes.

She is very deceitful doctor. I made sure I expressed my deepest desire to want to do a vbac but I had worst delivery experience . The hospital she deliveries don't do vbac and she never informed about that. It's horrible. I have never experienced the likes of her. Worest unethical doctor ever!

Dr. Chandrasekhara is a good doctor, but her staff is very shady and does not know how to properly bill or file with the insurance agencies. They will bill you up front for services stating they confirmed the amount with the insurance company, then send you a separate non itemized bill for often 2-3 time the amount you paid up front. If you call and try to inquire you will reach a ghetto black lady who will yell and belittle you and eventually hang up on you, if you reach anyone at all. I have called 4 times asking for an itemized bill as the bill sent doesn't even show the 500 plus dollars I paid at the time of the service for my daughter or what they are even billing us for. They have not called me back, they just send more and more bills and threaten to send it to collections.
