It has been 6 years since my son was born, but Dr. Carleo was the doctor who delivered him. He FORCED my husband and I to schedule a c-section because my son was measuring 10 pounds and he told me if I delivered vaginally, he would most likely have to break his collar bone to get him out (because I was apparently too narrow). He also said that absolutely no OB would induce me. Lol. So then, he broke his collar bone IN the c-section and didn’t tell us. We found out the day we left the hospital. Then, when we tried to have an investigation done, he left the hospital and left to go to Texas. Also, my son was absolutely not 10 pounds. He was 8lbs10oz.

Everything was terrible. Incompetent staff. Waited forever after my appointment to be seen. Doctor gave me a shot without listing any side effects or giving me any information. Only gave me a shot because it was the quickest way to get me out of there. No notes were left as to what my instructions were after the visit. Called back for follow up and could not get any information. DO NOT GO HERE. Only staying for my follow up and finding another place to go.

Dr Carleo is amazing!! He delivered all 3 of my babies. The last one almost 2 weeks ago. I had a couple of requests for the delivery and he made it happen. Dr Carleo has never made me feel rushed at an appointment, he always listens to me and answers any questions I have. His presence is calm and comforting. The wait at his office is always short and his staff is great too!

Very long waiting times, appointments felt rushed and very little communication between his staff, himself and the patient. I went with another dr.

Very bad experience. Last year I was pregnant for the first time and after some research I went this dr. with his staff at Las Colinas Medical center and had the worst experience during my pregnancy. Staff was late to respond to my concerns, long waiting time for appointments without any explanation, and all my appointments felt rushed with no education or necessary information provided. My time and feelings weren't valued by these people. I was pretty nervous every time I met them and his nurse even delivered some wrong information without giving us an apology. One of my appointments was rescheduled without me knowing it. Then I waited for my phone notice for my next appointment and turned out he decided to fire me as a patient because he couldn't stand my complaints in the room. Now when we settled down and my baby is growing well I'm thinking of filing a complaint regarding his practice. I'm glad I didn't depend on him to deliver my baby because there was no trust.
