Everything is normal to him even you are sick and crying. Doesn’t care about Pt.comes and asks if you question then you are done. I don’t recommend it for anybody especially first mom.

He performed Ovarian surgery to me several years ago. I recommend him highly. I was in my 80's. With his knowledge, I am still doing great.

Dr O'Neil is wonderful. Very caring and takes time to listen to your concerns. Never rushes through your visit and makes sure you have answers for any questions you may have. I high recommend him.

Looking for an obgyn after finding out I was expecting after moving to Texas I booked an appointment at this office and dr. O’Neil was my doctor. I can say if you looking for just a doctor without one being personal and someone you will be feeling personal with he is not the one. I do feel like he has been doing this for so long that he probably disconnected from his patients and it’s just a job for him. Although he may be good at his job it does take a little more to be a doctor you have to make the patient feel comfortable and trust you to make the right decision and give them the right advice comcerning their body and baby. I didn’t take this personal because this was my fourth pregnancy and this wasn’t my first rodeo and from the first appointment I pin pointed his personality but for a first time mom or a concerned mom this could be a horrible experience. I not here to bash or talk down about him but if you want a personable doctor and one you feel you can talk to about what is going on you probably want to look for another doctor.. I wish I would have done my research a little more I would have picked a midwife or another obgyn

Very amazing Dr. The reviews about coldness is exaggerated. He is a DR that deals with a ton of patients and probably has seen positive things being a obgyn as well as bad. As much as people want a doctor as a friend they are not there for that. They are there to help you with your health. He is not rude at all. It's best to get an understanding before catching judgement. Very firm, direct and takes care of you like a doctor should. I'm so glad he helped our family! Would definitely recommend.Thanks again

Dr. O'Neil is a great OB. He's always very helpful and answers all my question I love how everyone is at Mcarthur clinic. Thank you for all you do.

I have been cared by Dr O’Neil since 2015. Dr O’Neil is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I’m very happy to have him as my Dr. His nurse assistants and staff are awesome. I definitely recommend Dr O’Neil to others. The sonograph staff are very informative and professional. I highly recommend MacArthur OB/GYN.

The most unresponsive doc I’ve ever know I give no stars. I had surgery. N they cannot provide any additional prescription for me...I recommend no one ..I feel sorry for him
