WORST STAFF EVER ALWAYS BEHIND ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE WHEN I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IN SUITE 400 UP TO AN HOUR WAIT!!! CAN NEVER SEEM TO WORK WITH THE PATIENT WHEN TRYING TO SCHEDULE SOMETHING SOONER DONT CARE IF PATIENT IS SICK WILL SCHEDULE YOU OUT 2-3 DAYS OUT WILL ONLY COME BACK FOR THE PROVIDERS ABIGIAL ND SHAH

Worst experience for a first time parent. Front desk staff is extremely rude and seemed bothered by a few insurance questions. Doctor was in a rush and didn't bother to answer any questions. Will not recommend. It was a waste of time.

I was absolutely dissatisfied with the service at this location. I had couple sessions and both times were horrible - 1. nurses were not courteous, a couple week old baby was made to wait (while undressed) for 10-15min just to get the weight and height measured. then waiting another 10 minute for doctor to see him (still undressed) ... 1/10 2. nurses keep you waiting at the parking lot, and at the door for long time ... 1/10 3. Dr Shah seems in a rush and won't give much time to discuss or advice - and even worse is when advices/recommendations that haven't been discussed between parent and Doctor have been notated (on portal) as if they were discussed ... 0/10 4. questions sent via portal never get responded . if office is not responsive on M-F office hours, I wonder how responsive the office will be in urgent medical needs in the middle of the night... 1/10 I have moved on to a different pediatrician , and am glad I did.

She is amazing I’ve moved my children 3 different times and by far she has been one of the best. I don’t understand how she has bad reviews because every single time I’ve gone she has been great with my kids and had answered all my questions!

Dr shah is amazing! She is gently, soft spoken and very knowledgeable. My kids adore her!

BEWARE !!!! I literally watched my 1 year old overdose on iron supplements because she prescribed more than DOUBLE the amount recommended for my child's age . THIS IS TWICE THAT MY BABY HAS ENDED UP IN THE ER BECAUSE HER INCOMPETENCE .

I had a very horrible experience last time a couple of month before with a staff in the counter and the guy who came with vaccine for my 2 year son .They look escary and confused and neither i got prescription from near my CVS which Dr Shah told me that she is sending so I was thinking to change the place but i didn't have problem with doctor Shah.And i visited today too but it was very perfect and good experience from all of them .I am here becaue of Dr.Shah.She doing perfect for my 2 kids.This place was my perfect choice from last few year and today also i found the same perfectness which i missed last visit. Thank you all guys.🙏

If I could give a negative star review, I would. My 7 year old niece went to this Doctor yesterday for the very first time as we just moved to the area. The first impression was horrible! She and the nurse were in such a hurry that they wouldn’t even listen to the complaint of the child. The nurse first came in nonchalantly with A STICKY NOTE to gather all the information she needed. A STICKY NOTE. Then the doctor came in acting fake friendly while rushing to answer. Meanwhile, there were no patients waiting at that time. That’s just horrible service I’m sorry. Will have to look for another pediatrician in the area.

Dr. Shah was a blessing in disguise. I got out of the hospital with my new born and my insurance covered me with dr. Shah so I decided to go with her.. Omg I am so glad!! I accidentally found her and loved her she is super kind and makes you feel nice... I cannot say that about a lot of doctors. I am glad I found her. So far all the doctors at Macarthur pediatrics have been awesome.

She has been my daughter doctor since she was 6 months and is now my sons doctor! She is truely amazing and she cares so much for her patients!
