Dr. Patel was extremely helpful and kind! Great bedside manner. So glad we transferred here!

Doctor may be OK, But STAYAWAY with Provider. We went here for Annual Checkup, we made sure that doctor is in-network before going. We surprised with huge $$$ lab bills which got rejected by insurance saying that Out-of-Network. How any patient know that their nurse who collect blood at doctors office is part of network or not. This is really crazy. NEXT TIME will make sure that everyone who work at their office is in network or not. They are making people not to go even for ANNUAL CHECKUPS. If you don't want any nightmares of dealing with Insurance then Please STAYAWAY with this CHEAP TRICKS PROVIDERS.

Front desk and dr 5 stars. Long wait for appointment in waiting room. Dr has excellent demeanor and front desk helpful. I’d recommend this dr highly.

We have been from India! and my wife is 6th month pregnant and was actively looking around for OBGYN specialist. We came across the Dr. Reshma Patel and confirmed appointment at North MacArthur Medical Center OBGYN the checkin was too quick and there was no waiting time at the lobby and coming to the treatment part doc was super friendly and would highly recommend!!

Everything Horrible - Can't go less than one star. 1) Time - We took an appointment just to wait hours and hours. Total consultation time was 4 hrs. 2) Quality - We have to see several staff people with no clear communication about process and next steps. 3) Price - Whopping 1300$ just for consultation, sonogram with no blood work. I’m not interested to have another appointment here.

Dr. Patel is literally amazing. She has such a welcoming presence, and seems to genuinely care about all of her patients. I feel so comfortable and relaxed with her on every visit. She’s great!

Worst visit EVER!! Office called and ask us to come in 1 and a half hrs early because a nurse had to leave at noon. Rushed and arrived 1 hr 15 minutes early. Waited almost two and a half hrs for the appointment and still had not been called back. This was to be my minor daughters first gyn appointment. They refused to allow her mother to be present for treatment. I only waited as long as I did because my daughter needs care. She did not receive it today. Finally got mad and left. This was all after waiting 6 weeks for the appointment. Now I have to start again and find someone else and wait for an appointment. Don't waste your time as they obviously have no respect for their patients time.

So glad I switched to Dr. Patel at 21 weeks. She’s got a refreshing demeanor, and provides complete care. My first visit, she sat down and introduced herself, went through all relevant details with my transfer of care, and answered all my questions holistically. Her responses covered everything including definitions of terminology, explanation of treatments and steps I can take at home/with diet to improve the conditions, and even whether or not I need to be concerned about the matter. She’s not presumptive at all- with vaccination/COVID, she asked me if I wanted to discuss it - when I said I want to know more, she gave a complete overview of the clinic’s stance on the safety of the vaccine during pregnancy and she stressed that the choice is mine. I did not have any of these positive experiences or warm, friendly conversations with my previous OBGYN. All my concerns are always addressed carefully and with understanding. Best experience, best bedside manner.
