Kind and professional staff. Very good service with good price. The scheduling is so easy.
I had my appointment for three days did all my paperwork confirm my appointment and they gonna call me and tell me that they can’t take my insurance less then 6 hrs before I get my mri they call me and tell me that why they
It's a great place for whst you go far
For my test, they were an hour behind. I rescheduled for a couple days later. I had already paid self pay price. When I came back less than a week it was like I was not there just a few days prior. There was a confusion about my payment. Like it wasn’t paid. They asked if I just left without having test. Like yes I was just here and had to reschedule and I have already paid! It was the same people! Then I am like I have record that I paid. Then they were saying my card would be refunded? Makes no sense. Then it was attitude like well they can just send you a bill. Why..I already paid 2 days ago! Then guess what. An hour behind again. Im like Ill just reschedule again. Then Im told they are an hour behind everyday. So basically overbooking patients. Why do you set appointments. And if someone reschedules bc its on YOUR end, there should be a way for them to see the patient already paid. Bc they can’t remember someone they saw 2 days ago. The techs were super nice though. Do better. I won’t ever go back
I had to visit Las Colinas office back on 2/22/26 to obtain a scan ordered by my specialist . When I arrived , I was asked to pay an insurance deductible nearly $300 . Everyone was nice and treated me well , however , one months later I receive another bill for $120 . I called their office today and ask as why they didn’t mention the additional cost and their reply was :“ the admin desk failed to mentioned this to you and the charge cannot be removed” . Although they admitted that they failed to tell the truth upfront, they were not going to remove this from my account . One thing is that , they’ll using practices and tactic for overcharging patients to make more money . They are in a business of dealing with big providers such as UHC and definitely would have known what would be covered and its limit !, but intentionally carried to make more money from the patients . Had I known this , I would have made the wise decision if I ever needed this procedure !. Unfortunately this is today’s healthcare and these institutions try to squeeze as much as they can in profits in such fashion 🤷♂️ Please be aware of their scam and ask questions upfront if more billing are going to follow and do not commit or agree to these fraudulent/scam activities. I will never use this institution for myself and families and advise friends to be cautious to not to use them ever . Thanks,
Referred by ENT. Seemed ok while we were there. Short wait. Technician who did scan was nice. Called three days later trying to get results. Told not read and no ETA. Asked for a supervisor long hold then lady came on told me trying to get read and call disconnected. No call back to tell me got read or not.
Envision doesn’t actually care about the patients. There are some great techs and PSRs that work for them, but all Envision actually cares about is how many people they scan in a day. They’ve removed having radiologists on site (the only doctors that were ever on site) so if anything happens to a patient (allergic reaction, trip and fall, cardiac event, etc.) the staff has to reach out to the radiologist via iPad to see how to proceed. No actual in-person assessment. Envision was willing to buy iPads for that, but not to help patients with the check-in process at the front desk (they keep track of how many patients do the online registration and each center is responsible for keeping numbers up). They’re also looking at switching to remote technologists for MRI at South Arlington so people who have no training or MRI credentials will be setting up patients for their exams (no additional pay for the PCTs’ added work and stress) and the remote techs will push the buttons. There’s no consistency since corporate and management set SAR MRI up for failure. All the full-time MRI techs have left. They rely on 2 part-time techs and the rest are temp techs they hope will be available.
My 13 year old daughter had to have a pelvic sono and her pediatrician said that this place was good with children. She had to drink a lot and hold it. They refused to take her back, she had to wait for over two hours dreading the procedure along with having to wait to go to the bathroom. They are not KID friendly.
This location is AMAZING, from the front staff to the back staff! Helpful, knowledgeable and kind, in addition to having a decent out of pocket cost. What more can you ask for? I have read some bad reviews on this location, however my experience was no where near what I read. Scheduling and rescheduling (due to unforeseen circumstances) was seamless.
can’t even contact to schedule - no one answers phone and the line always says it’s closed during the hours google says they’re open.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
