I want to share my wonderful experience for my Micro needling procedure at Facial Mania Med Spa. They sent me email and a text reminder so I don’t forget my appointment which was helpful considering my busy schedule. The esthetician was super friendly and had a gentle hand, and adjusted the machine to my comfort level while doing the procedure. After the procedure,my skin shed and regrew a new one . One week after the procedure now, I feel a major difference in my skin texture and feel the glow on my face. The makeup that I apply now is getting absorbed better into my skin and I have been receiving compliments about how fresh my face looks. I cannot recommend Facial Mania enough to those who are looking to get Facials or Microneedlng done.

Clean, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at the Facial Med Spa. I received a basic facial treatment and was genuinely impressed by Alana’s knowledge and professionalism. She explained every step of the process in detail, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the experience. The spa also offers a range of advanced treatments, including HydraFacial, laser hair removal, Botox, and PRP therapy. I highly recommend trying their services and supporting this minority-owned business.

the nurse practitioner there was phenomenal- I’ve never been treated so kindly before. She was very honest with me and addressed every single concern with a listening ear. It’s hard to find such a caring person in today’s day and age.

Truly a one of a kind experience. When I first entered the place, I was greeted by one of the estatic co-owners of the establishment. I was amazed by the sheer quality of the establishment. I went in for a basic facial, and Lily was super friendly and understanding for my first basic facial. I really enjoyed it and I’d recommend it to anyone on the fence!

I had a lot of wrinkles so got Botox a few weeks ago. The girl did a good job but then I was scheduled to come back for a follow up. I thought a follow up would be if there was anything that still needed fixed. But when I came in I was with another person and she didn’t want to do any additional Botox on me and when I asked about fillers she said I would have to come back in. A complete waste of time and have decided to go somewhere else. They did not respect my time.

Poor communication from management regarding staffing changes and price increases. I went in for my facial only to find that my regular esthetician no longer works there. Enjoyed the facial with the assigned esthetician. Had an add on dermal planing service that nearly doubled in price from $34 to $63 dollars. Yikes! Can definitely fine another medspa.
