Had to change my review due to the customer service going downhill since location changed. As stated in other reviews they never answer the phone or call you back. Had a question on billing, they did not answer the phone, did not respond to the portal messages but sent my bill over to the collectors instead. Plus they nickel and dime customers now, very greedy establishment.

Doesn’t answer the phone even when you call as soon as they open. Have called multiple times a day over the past month and the only thing you can rely on them to do is bill you. Have not had any kind of help from this doctor, all she’s done is order a ton of labs for me and barely answer my questions. She was speaking to me like she was running through a sales pitch she’s said hundreds times, not a care in the world for my care. These people treat you like a customer, not a patient. Asked for medical accommodations during my appointment and was ignored. Find someone more reliable.

This office does not respect patients’ time. The wait is several hours, yet the doctor spends less than 10 minutes with each patient. The doctor was also extremely rude, did not listen to my concerns, and seemed more focused on rushing through as many appointments as possible. It feels like the priority here is making money by overbooking patients and ordering unnecessary tests rather than providing proper care. I will definitely be looking for another doctor. I strongly recommend reading the other reviews before visiting, as many patients have reported similar experiences.

I had a very bad experience with Darshana. I was 33 weeks pregnant and had been experiencing continuous nausea. I was extremely tired and went to the hospital, but she simply told me to do more exercise. That same day, my water broke, and I had to go to the emergency room. My baby was delivered prematurely. While she was on vacation, she never reached out to check on me or ask how I was doing, even after she knew my baby had been delivered. Three days after my delivery, I developed severe pain due to a urinary infection and went back to the hospital. The pain was unbearable. They told me they would take a urine sample, but I had to wait two weeks. After those two weeks, they informed me that I had already had a urinary infection before. During that waiting period, I had to visit the emergency room twice because my symptoms were so severe. I have many concerns not only about Darshana's care but also about the overall management. I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously, there was a lack of timely diagnosis and communication, and I did not receive the level of care and follow-up that I expected during such a critical time.
