Recently had my first baby here via csection. Everything was great The staff made sure I was well taken care of from the delivery of my baby to postpartum. The only thing I had a problem with was I didn’t get much rest while there. It seemed like every 1015 mins someone was knocking on the door to come in for something. Everyone was great but I needed that rest. Overall the staff is nice and they are accommodating.

One of the best hospitals Ive ever seen I was there with covid 19 and they did their job very nicely thank you very much medical City Las colinas for making me feel better again I would definitely give you five stars for 5day stay as a matter of fact six ⭐ thank you and the team very much I felt so safe I was so scared with covid 19 being 58 years old.

Came into LampD to get induced. IMMEDIATELY greeted by all of the staff on the 3rd floor with warm welcomes amp congratulations amp amazingggggggg smiles Miss Ashlyn was my nurse. She was beyond amazing I had a million questions amp she answered all of them happily. She talked me through the whole entire process. Through her support she helped me reach my goal of giving birth all natural I couldnt do it without her amp the whole entire staff. Dr. Fanous is so calm that it rubbed off on me amp made everything so smooth. Everybody came into my room amp cheered me on. Moved to post partum amp every nurse we had was also Amazing Everybody truly listened to all of my questions amp concerns and you could really feel that they all genuinely care Would love to see everybody again but I definitely could say I will no longer be having anymore kids lol THANK YOU MEDICAL CITY LAS COLINAS ONE GRATEFUL MOM amp Healthy Baby

First what is this policy of 16 and up for kids this is wrong they have bad costumer service and I say this is unexpecteble I do not like this hospital and would not recommend it pls. I would say it was not that bad but as me wanting to see my new born cousin I could not.

Smooth easy. They were ready for me and it all fell in place after the QR code from a recent email was scanned. Friendly people and I got right in for my scan. Highly recommended.
