Tori is awesome! I have had Aerolase and microneedling, both of which produced great results. I will definitely be going back for both. Loved my experience at Imaginique in Irving. Tori was a delight and answered all my questions regarding my treatment.

This place is ruthless. I booked an appointment over a year ago through Groupon and fell ill and couldn’t make it. They then hassled me weekly to pay their $25 cancellation fee for a year. Clearly if a medspa needs your $25 that badly, they’re not the one. Steer away.

I've been seeing Jesenia for over a year, and I absolutely love her services! The Aerolase treatments have completely transformed my skin, and I can't thank her enough. She's incredibly knowledgeable, well-educated, and truly attentive to her clients' needs. I’ll be her loyal client for life!

I have been visiting this spa for over two years and Jesenia is amazing! From facials, laser hair removal, body wraps, she does it all. I always feel so welcomed, appreciated and know I'm going to get great service! Thanks Jes, you're the best!

I did aerolase, chemical peels, fractional laser multiple times here with Jesenia. She does a great job from the minute you enter to till the time you leave. She makes me feel very comfortable and answers all questions very patiently and gives aftercare as well. Just book Jesenia without a second doubt if you wanted to go here.🤌🏼

I would not recommend for IPL. I get it done a lot so I know what to expect. My face was not even pink when it left. They space the laser too far apart when touching the skin. There is only one pass and then touch up spots for a second pass. I’m use to two full passes, red skin, darker spots for a few days, and some heat like a sun burn feel. There was none of that. I would post a picture, but I can’t seem to for this review.
