Do not go for their online care. The office staff was rude and said if I was sick to just take rest with vitamins.

Was in Dallas on business and had an issue. Easy to make an appointment and didn't have to wait long at all. Took my insurance, called in a prescription, very streamlined and all was taken care of. Thanks

I paid $100 to be seen by the doctor. The X-rays they performed were ancient to the point where the doctor and radiologist couldn’t see the imaging at all. I came to determine if I had a fracture and they were not able to do that.

Staff very friendly and nice. I did the call ahead appt and didn't have to wait long. The doctor was very thorough and engaging. I appreciated her concerns and questions. I wanted to say thanks to the medical assistant for taking my blood pressure 3 times to be able to get a good reading. I felt better by that evening and 100% better today. I’ve gone to this walk in clinic ever since it opened. I think it’s the best one around.

Used to be a good place to go not so much anymore. Wouldnt give an antibiotic wasnt running fever at the time due to taking tylenol. Started running high fever the next day. Will never go back all they want is your money.

They did not have Titnus shots which I asked in starting, they did not have it still they continue saying they are trying to arrange from somewhere. Did a re bandage even though it was not required just to charge for the visit and asked to go to CVS for shot. They prescribed some medicine and sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I confirmed 4 times before leaving. After that when I called rudely told me to to fix that and get it transferred to other pharmacy. They do all the mess and then you have to fix all that by calling CVS and calling pharmacy. They don’t understand why ppl come to urgent care. Total mismanagement from the staff.

I have come here with my wife and for myself to our kids many times. Today my kid is not feeling good, we come in and the front desk is very nice helped us with every question. Nurse was kind and doctor very patient and understanding. We will come to here every time still.
