The medical staff are alright. The billing department is underhanded and shady. They still owe use over a thousand from overcharging (insurance caught them) and they give us the runaround when we inquire about it.

I’m so grateful for Dr. Le on this journey regardless of not getting the results I hoped for.

The provider is great, the medical office not so much. After verifying myself with my insurance and the office re verifying that an IUI would be covered as a copay. I am not getting hit with a $560 bill that I'm expected to pay because the office doesn't know how to properly verify benefits or do proper financial counseling before an expensive procedure. I do not recommend this facility for you fertility needs. Something that should have been so special for me and my husband is now ruined.

I’m so incredibly grateful to Dr. Shannon Maloney, Nurse Daisy Andres, and Sy Q. Le for their amazing care throughout my IVF journey. From our very first appointment, they made me feel heard, supported, and hopeful. They took the time to explain every step in detail, answered all my questions with such patience, and were always there to reassure me during the emotional ups and downs. Their skill, dedication, and compassion made this experience so much easier, and I truly felt like I was in the best hands. And, to make it even more special, this was my first attempt, and I got the good news! Thank you, Dr. Maloney, Daisy, and Sy, for your kindness, expertise, and encouragement — I will forever be grateful for the crucial part you played in making my dream come true.

My husband and I started seeing Dr. Le and his fantastic team in October 2024. Dr. Le is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His nurse Kathy is kind, helpful and great at communicating. In February of 2025, we found out I was pregnant with our son. Today, I am writing this review while holding our 6 day old baby boy, Oliver. Without Dr. Le, Kathy and the whole team at IVFMD this wouldn’t have been possible. We have recommended many friends and family members struggling with infertility to Dr. Le and will continue to do so. We are forever grateful for IVFMD!

One Star is way too much for this place, they scammed me, they got my money and never give me the results, the first day I talked to them and I told them the problem I got they clearly talked and told me we can help you, when I gave them the sample they started talking different, in the middle of the day they emailed me and told me we got resolution for you , today on 13 August they were know exactly and clearly my problem and they don’t helped at all, now I am the one feel the heat not them because they only care about money and they got there money.

Came in to my 0900 new patient appointment today that’s been scheduled for weeks. Checked in at 0900 and waited patiently until 0947, front desk finally called me and said they are going to collect $180 because they are NOT in network with my insurance. I was shocked as I was told when I called that they were in network with my insurance. I asked further clarification and they said since 08/01 they run my insurance and found out they are not in network. Not one of them called me to inform me of this. I chose to drive from Fort worth to see them the least they could have done is offer a courtesy to call me before my appointment to inform me about my insurance. Such unprofessional practice. Don’t waste your time here
