I’ve only met Dr. De Leon once while my own OB was out for maternity leave. I had my 6th week postpartum check up with him. He was professional and very kind. He answered all my queries without being rude or condescending. His staff is also helpful. Thank you Dr. De Leon!!

Came here back in May for a yearly women check up.. I'm fully insured and I get yearly women check up included with my insurance. But the doctor codes it wrong, and now I'm being given a bill by my insurance. I've tried reaching out to the clinic in MANY occasions now to try to get this fixed. But it's impossible to reach this office! I either get voicemail or told the office is closed. I've left several messages in regards to my situation and zero call backs or response. Very frustrating. I was also talked into doing blood work which I was told was included with my insurance yearly check up. But that ended up not being the case either.This is the first time I've been scammed outta money by getting services not covered with my insurance while being told it would be covered. So please think twice before going here for your OBGYN needs! Unresponsive and unprofessional.

THIS IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. You deserve zero stars. First off, you verified my insurance information once I’ve arrived at the office. You should have verified that prior to my arrival that’s what a normal doctor office would do! Then you tell me that my cost would be $500 dollars and I needed to pay upfront. You wasted my complete day and hope you’re business continue to FAIL! It was already not a lot of patients in there and I hope it continue to slow up for you.

Dr. Deleon is Very friendly with a great personality. My c-section scar is almost invisible and delivery went smooth. The staff feel like family and are very kind, thorough and detailed.

This has the most bizarre experience ever. I originally scheduled to see Dr Deleon and upon arriving on time to the office for my 8 a.m appointment I was greeted by a locked door to the office , I was a little confused so me and my husband we're going to go back to the car since it was a little rainy and very cold on this day and a woman stuck her head out and said she was not able to let us in since she was alone in the office. So we resorted to waiting outside in the cold. So around 10 minutes later I see another woman go to the door and have no problem getting into the office , even though I never seen anyone else get there with the first woman. Either way I go ahead and go in with my husband and the lady at the front desk hands me paper work to fill out, its was then 8:15 earliest, I was told at that time I would be having to see another doctor due to Dr DeLeon being late this morning, it was the best thing that happened, I very much enjoyed meeting with the woman Dr and she was very detailed about our plan for me conceiving. My next appointment I was in the lobby for about 45 minutes and taken into an exam room and continued to wait for about 20 minutes, then I finally got the chance to meet Dr Deleon, he came in and asked me for my name, and reason for my appointment, almost as if he never even bothered to look into the notes of the previous doctor. I told him I had researched the plan I had already discussed before and was eager to begin but he was adamant I started a totally different plan. I was very disappointed. He also promised me medication that I never recieved, I called the office and the nurse told me there was no notation of any plans for medicine, not surprised since this doctor seemed out of place all around. So that she would have to call me back for the name. I never did hear back and I never plan to go back again. I'm very sad that the doctor I seen before does not have an office of her own seeing how the staff and other doctor are not on the same page of professionalism.

Dr. Nguyen is pure joy. I feel like writing a review every time I go throughout my pregnancy but that’ll look like I’m stalking her. She’s so sweet and patient and attentive. Even if she has a thousand patients, she somehow manages to never make them feel rushed. Whatever fears you have, she manages to melt them all away with the kindest most soothing voice and pure understanding. I love her. The staff-just as sweet. They’re always warm and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this Doctor enough💕💕

I couldn’t have chose a better clinic to go while pregnant no Se. Nguyen made my pregnancy with twins so easy! She was the best she was so wonderful she attended to all of my concerns. The nurses there were soooo nice as well! It was always a joy going to my appointments. My Csection was performed by both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Deleon and it was so fast I healed so quickly! Everything and everyone was incredible!

Let me start by saying the Doctors are AMAZING, however the front office staff is not. They are very rude and when I tried to explain something on my insurance to them they did not even want to listen. I ended up having to call my insurance to verify for them after numerous times telling them I DO NOT HAVE A DEDUCTIBLE. Ended up having to put them on a conference call with my insurance. They are wanting to go off of what the internet said. Mind you I previously had already spoke to my insurance on this matter. When I said okay I would like to come back in since I’ve taken this afternoon off of work to get this done she said no you left so we cancelled you you’ll have to reschedule. At that time I was frustrated felt like no one was listening or cared. So if you can get past dealing with rude uncaring people in the office you should be fine.
