Working with Dr. Bloom has ultimately provided my husband with good medical care However, he must take a specialty medicine that no one else carries except for the associated pharmacy in their Arlington office. Unfortunately, this monthly medication must be refilled by calling the pharmacy! They do not answer the phone or respond to messages left for days! Then my husband must drive to the Las Colinas office to pick up the medication once it is finally filled. This happens every single month! Customer service is a serious issue!

Dr Bloom was easy to talk to. Wait time was minimal. Everything went better than planned

RESPONDING TO THE RESPONSE YOU did not evaluate the facts because your employee who was terminated because she was ugly to patients was the person that lied because I was not on the phone but my wife was. The employee refused to provide information to my wife after she was told it was okay to give the information to my wife but the person continued to refuse so she was told to cancel the appointment but refused, so my wife hung the phone up Two days later i got a call from an employee telling me that I could not come back i tried telling the person that I was not on the phone then I handed my wife the phone the woman told my wife it did not matter that I still was not coming back. Yes my PCP called Dr.Bloom and Dr.Bloom said he did not knowing anything about me being dismissed that it must have been his staff. I never had the opportunity to see Dr.Bloom because he would not talk to me by phone or in person. I say again, that I was not on the phone because I do not talk on phones when I'm driving. Your evaluation is not true . THE PERSON THAT CALLED ME ACTED AS IF SHE WAS THE ADMINISTRATOR WHICH IT WAS DISCOVERED SHE WAS NOT BUT AN EMPLOYEE. Dr. BLOOM REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE TRUTH BUT ACCEPTED AN EMPLOYEES WORD THEN THE EMPLOYEE WAS TERMINATED FOR BEING UGLY TO OTHER PATIENTS. A WITNESS TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE FACTS BUT DR. BLOOM REFUSED TO LISTEN TO THE TRUTH. DR.BLOOM'S EGO CAUSES HIM TO REFUSE THE TRUTH. MY PCP Called Dr. BLOOM BUT HE LIED AND SAID HE DIDN'T CALL HIM. DR.BLOOM MAY BE A GOOD DOCTOR BUT HE IS NOT WORTHY TO BE RATED ANYTHING BUT ZERO BECAUSE WHEN SOMEONE REFUSES THE TRUTH THE PERSON CANNOT BE TRUSED.

Zero Dr. Bloom is not honest he protected an employee that was terminated for treating patients ugly. The person lied on me before she was terminated then I was dismissed because of the lie the employee told. Dr. Bloom refused to accept a witnesses word that I did nothing wrong. My primary care doctor called Dr.Bloom he lied about that. Sadly Dr. BLoom has an ego that prevents him from accepting the truth. Dr. Bloom should be ashamed but his ego won't allow him to.

Dr. Bloom is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He is responsible for me receiving the care I needed when I had cancer.

Every time I came into his office, he wanted to dig in my butt. I always felt so uncomfortable. Likewise, every office visit I wait over 45 minutes. Needs a better schedule process.

Dr. Keith Bloom is an expert in the field of medicine. He is extremely intelligent and is able to diagnose any underlying condition and find a remedy. He has been of immense help to me. His knowledge and expertise go across and beyond the field of Urology.

He has been urologist for 10 yrs. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Bloom.
