Dr. Klein is the best ophthalmologist I have ever had. I have seen her for many years. Cannot say enough good things about being in her care. Smart and caring bedside manner from her and her staff. Grateful I found her long ago and I always recommend her to our friends and family.

Dr Klein is charming and knowledgeable. Her optician who does the eye exams in prep for Dr Klein is rather obnoxious, condescending, and rude if you ask a question or question her 'findings'. Dr. Klein could lose me as a patient even after superior surgeries, just over the other woman.

As my mom had glaucoma (from Diabetes), she treats all of eye care needs. I would unhesitatingly recommend her an her staff.

Dr. Klein is more friendly than her staff! Two receptionists ignored me waiting at the window (and other patients) while talking and laughing then dismissed me to have a seat when I was standing and obviously waiting to ask a question. I guess that's why there are ELEVEN signs to tell patients what to do so the person at the window doesn't need to speak to anyone? The arrogance is inexcusable and I won't return!

IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! For a simple cataract surgery in 2014 it was a nightmare and because I am still trying to fix my vision after years of frustration being chained to glasses more than ever without ability to even wear contacts and 3 specialists & thousands of dollars later..enough...people should be warned! Don't take a chance on your eyesight with Dr. Klein or the hospital she works out of. Everyone (all 3 in the office) was quite nice before the surgery, but afterward when I needed their assistance they turned cold, avoiding phone calls, appointments, being rude and dismissive to the real problems I was having after the surgery. It's such a mom and pop operation they don't have the newest or most comprehensive equipment. She misjudged or missed my astigmatism even though I told her I always had it and fitted me for monovision lenses. After the surgery my left eye was on fire...and for days it was like looking out of a screen door...they denied that anything was wrong even though when she looked at it, she stated that "looked like it had dried out during the surgery". Her knowledge and experience is limited, her equipment is outdated and limited especially at this day and age and her lack of concern is criminal.

Dr. Klein and her staff are the best - personable, knowledgable, and quick Her assistant is so sweet and friendly and down to earth as is Dr. Klein. Explains everything until you understand and doesn't rush. Highly recommend. Front desk staff has been with her over 20 years.

Dr. Klein did cataract surgery on my eyes several years ago and the results were wonderful. I had an uneventful recovery with no complications. My vision is excellent. I now have monovision which means that one eye is for reading and the other is for seeing at a distance. I no longer need glasses at all. I was thrilled with the results. Also, Dr. Klein and her staff are friendly and professional and I was happy with the entire experience.
