The doctor is amazing!! Personable as well as professional. Wish his front office was too. They canceled my appointment monday and no one ever called to rebook me, after i called them & left 2 message on dates id like to reschedule for. No one responded or knew what i was talking about when got hold of someone finally on this date 7/8/26, and then they wouldn't refill my meds, because my mammogram hadn't been done yet. If I'd got to the doctor on the day I was supposed to, they would have refilled my meds. But the worst parts when I called to tell them, I'm m not sure why i'm calling you to reschedule my appointment i had booked. Since I believe it's y'all's job to reschedule since y'all canceled. She said...don't know what you're talking about. After asking my date of birth birth twice. Very impersonable & unprofessional. If it wasn't for the doctor I would not give it any stars if I could get away with it.

I went to this office seeking care for severe ovarian pain and left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. The appointment felt very rushed, and I was diagnosed with PCOS almost immediately, before I felt a thorough evaluation had been completed. An abdominal ultrasound was not offered, and there was very little discussion about the diagnosis, potential symptoms, or other treatment options available. The only treatment presented was oral contraceptives, which were provided as office samples. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the samples were expired on the day I was supposed to begin taking them. That was very concerning and reflected a lack of attention to patient care and professionalism. Throughout the visit, I felt that many of the symptoms and concerns I mentioned were dismissed rather than fully addressed. I understand that medical professionals rely on their expertise, but I would have appreciated a more thorough evaluation, better communication, and a discussion of alternative options. Based on my experience, I would not return to this office.

I failed to do my due diligence and do my research on Dr. Cynthia Motta. DO. Because how I was treated was on me. Had I read the reviews on a few platforms, I would have realized booking an appointment with Dr. Cynthia Motta DO was a mistake. Months later, I now see a 2.8 out of 5 in her ratings. Here’s how I experienced my visit: from the moment I sat in her exam room, I felt uncomfortable. She walked in 45 minutes late, which I understood, wearing regular street clothes & no lab coat. I had to ask for her name which the Dr. loudly in a condescending way, informed me of her name and title. During the entire 15 minute visit, she continued, to cut me off and interrupt me -not allowing me to finish my thoughts. I also , being provider, as a pharmacist, took notice she never washed her hands or gloved up for the duration of my visit. The entire time, I felt as though I was being judged and put in my place for asking questions she may have felt were “ too inept to ask.” Finding a female provider for my yearly exam, was challenging. My last OB/ Gyn retired - a year ago. So when I realized Dr. Cynthia Motta DO was taking new patients and had been doing so, for quite sometime, as the staff assured me, I felt at ease not being rushed to book the appointment. Unfortunately,I never imagined being treated so shamelessly and so rudely. As I stated, initially, I take full responsibility in having been treated poorly, because; I failed to read any of her reviews nor did I ask for a referrals, on an OB/ GYN. Like I stated in my opening statement, I take full responsibility in having been treated poorly, because; I failed to read any of her reviews nor did I ask anyone -for a referral on an OB/ GYN. I should have done some research and made notes of providers with at least a review of 4.5 and not one barely making 3.0 out of 5 stars. As a female patient giving advice to anyone who needs a physical female exam, do as I state and not what I failed to do ( read the reviews on a few platforms , at least view the “ OVERALL RATINGS “ ).

This office demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I scheduled an appointment for pregnancy care and repeatedly asked—both at scheduling and again during the confirmation call—whether my insurance was accepted. Each time, I was explicitly told yes. Despite these assurances, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that my insurance was actually out of network. This resulted in a complete waste of my time and a day taken off work unnecessarily. The front desk staff appeared unprepared and unable to competently verify insurance or manage appointments. The only response offered was a casual apology and a smile, followed by a request for a $500 payment. This is unacceptable. While Dr. Garcia is pleasant, the administrative staff’s handling of this situation reflects poor training and organization. I would strongly caution others to verify everything independently before trusting this office.

Very rude and disrepectful. Respect is earned not given.

i LOVE this clinic! Very friendly and very fast too! I never have to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen in sono or to be seen by my OB.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mata for years and she has always been thorough. It’s hard to trust any other doctors. Susie is the one who does sonograms and she is amazing. She makes sure you’re comfortable and will have conversations with you like she is your childhood friend.

Love my doctor! She is the best overall I love the las Colinas location!

The staff at this place has no idea what they’re doing. My first appointment was scheduled for 9 AM in their Grapevine office. The day before someone calls me and tells me that my appointment is at 8 AM in their Irving office. Their website says they have a grapevine office but I was told that that office had closed. The office doesn’t open before eight so it took me 20 minutes to fill out my paperwork. I ended up leaving at 8:50 because I still hadn’t been seen. After complaining, they tell me that my appointment was at 8:30. I have no idea if the doctors are any good but I’m not interested in going to a place that is clearly unorganized.

Dr Garcia is amazing, he answeras my questions all the time he makes me feel really comfortable. I love that he also speaks Spanish.
