Len Julio Md's Online Review Report Card

Review is of the staff/receptionist: They are unorganized and have poor communication. My wife took our kids for an 11:00am appointment, but told them past 11:30am that they couldn't been seen.

I had my appointment with my daughter scheduled at 11:00am, we got there at 11:00am then the receptionist told me I did not register online, I explained her I tried but it was saying my daughter’s date of birth was wrong, so she told me to do it there because they had put her date of birth wrong. She got my ID, my daughters insurance card and at 11:30 she called me and told me Dr. Len was not gonna be able to see my daughter because I didn’t register her at 11:00, ok? I told her it was not fault they put my daughters information wrong but her only answer was “ im sorry”. It was my first visit with my youngest and yesterday I had another bad experience with my 2 teenagers. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They have no respect for patients at all

Al Dr Len le doy 10 estrellas pero definitivamente el sistema para hacer citas es de la patada. Una hora en espera para que al final me cuelguen la llamada, pésimo servicio. Ojalá puedan mejorar

Excelente el DR Len no cambiaria por nada Es super atento y le importan mucho sus pacientes 🙌🏻

I give him 5 stars because he’s The best doctor for my child He is so Polite He’s listening to you and answering to all your questions And he loves my child and treat her like she’s his best patients I really recommend him

Want to give a special shout out to Ana, she stayed on the phone with me until pademics looked at my son and advised to take him in to his doctor. She did everything possible for him to get seen the same day even though they were completly booked. My older son which is now 20 went w/ Dr. Len and now my 8yr old does too. Even though it is a drive for me but would not change them at all. THANK YOU ANA & DR. LEN for doing the GREAT work ya do, and to the the other staff as well ya have a great team! hands dowm to ya'll

Dr.Len is very kind and caring. He listens to me and only wants the best for his patients. I have not ever had a problem with the office staff. I am glad my granddaughter sees Dr. Len.

Dr. Ken has been my daughters pediatrician since birth 4 yrs ago. I have recently moved pretty far from his office, but refuse to change doctors because Dr. Len is awesome!

My son was scheduled for a wellness/vaccination appointment. Four separate families who were in the waiting room when we got there, were still waiting for the doctor to show up. People who showed up after us got attended before us. When asked about the wait time, the receptionist said the Dr. is behind and if we can reschedule. We couldn’t as my son needs them for school. To have to wait 2 hrs to be called in, and then the additional wait time for the doctor to come into the room, we didn’t leave until 1:30 from our 11:00 am apt. Unacceptable by anybody’s standards. Don’t waste your time here. Dr.Len is good. But not worth the long wait in a cold room where; they definitely blast the AC, and the receptionists gossip about patients after they leave.

If your child has a disability don’t bring them here the nurse and the head nurse is rude. The will kick a disable child out the office if they don’t have a mask on they will wait until you get all the way back inside of stopping you at the door to tell you you can’t be seen because a 3yr old that has a disability can’t keep a mask on.
