Macarthur Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with MacArthur. I had two of my children many years ago before they moved to the new building. I started seeing Dr. A early on with this pregnancy and she has been amazing. She always answers all my zillions of questions and is very patient. (I’m starting over again so I have so many) From the sono techs and nurses in the back to the staff up front my experience has been absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them!

I’m very happy and content with my experience here! My very first pregnancy, staff are very nice, appointments are very easy and always good! Definitely such a good experience for my very first. I love this clinic & will definitely recommend to others!

Dr . Enggano and his medical staff is the best staff I could’ve have gotten , very polite , understanding and respectful. 3rd pregnancy and only have chosen Dr.Enggano from the start !

I am not impressed with this place. They seemed to be running efficiently for my first pregnancy but this time around it’s like is there anything running even at all… ? I’ve tried getting in contact with somebody for the past three days now … not even a call back and even when I’m patient and try again on the third day I cannot address anything or be able to speak to someone who can help me out. I feel unheard and extremely disappointed is HOW MUCH patients are felt ignored from the employees here. There’s no more warmth at this place!!! Especially in the main office … get it together if this is not where your hearts at make space for people who’d love that Job and will do it finely! And go work somewhere else …. Never thought I’d feel this way about this place till I was forced to. Hope things get better

My first experience here was absolutely terrible, I will not be returning, and I figured someone would want to know. I walked in about 5 minutes prior to my appointment and there was about a 5 person line and a lot of people sitting and waiting. That was already a little bit concerning but I waited and got up to the desk and the lady that helped me had a terrible attitude from the beginning. I finally walk back to my doctors area and waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn’t terrible. The experience with the doctor was actually pleasant and helpful. HERES THE KICKER. Someone called me about 5 minutes after leaving the office to ask where I wanted to get prescriptions sent to. I said I wanted to go to the Walmart by my house but to hold a moment so I can confirm the address because we all know there’s a Walmart every mile down the road from each other. Five seconds go by she asked is it on a certain highway I said, give me a moment so I can confirm. Another few seconds goes by she says is it this address and I said ma’am can you please hold on so I can confirm the address. I only need a few seconds longer. This woman proceeds to audibly sigh in my ear. I’m confused on why anyone would think that it’s professional to not give me 30 seconds to confirm the address that I want my prescription to be sent to and on top of that audibly sigh in my ear. And I guess now I should be expecting something in the mail saying that they’re not going to let me be a patient at this office anymore when I was the one who was disrespected.

I want to thank Dr. Arguello and Summer her PA, for taking such amazing care of me throughout my entire pregnancy. They always made me feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Whether my membrane sweep helped kick-start labor or I simply got lucky with the timing, I like to think Dr. Arguello had a little something to do with it! Either way, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Billing is not available by phone and there is no email ID to reachout. Every time you call, regardless of the time, the call goes directly to voicemail. Not able to reach anyone for billing-related questions directly.

Gracias por su profesionalismo, dedicación, paciencia y por el trato tan humano que recibí durante uno de los momentos más importantes de mi vida: el nacimiento de mi hija Emma Sofía. Me sentí segura, escuchada y muy bien atendida en todo momento. Su compromiso con sus pacientes y la calidad de la atención que brindan hacen una gran diferencia.
