Dr Patel was great but as other people mentioned the wait time is longgg and consideration of patients time is poor here. I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen. They book 3 people in every 15 minute time slot here (an employee confirmed this) which makes it impossible for them to stay on schedule… really frustrating for people who have day jobs and other things to do besides sit around waiting long hours to be seen by a doctor.

Dr. Patel is an exceptional OB/GYN who made our pregnancy journey truly positive and stress-free. She is highly knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her guidance throughout every stage of the pregnancy gave us confidence and peace of mind. She genuinely cares about her patients and ensures they receive the best possible care. Thanks to her expertise and support, we had a healthy pregnancy and a safe delivery. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled doctor.

Dr. Reshma Patel & her staff at the Las Colinas location are wonderful! From the front desk team to the ultrasound techs, medical assistants, and phlebotomist, everyone is warm and welcoming. Dr. Patel is especially kind and truly takes the time to listen. She delivered my first born, & I’m happy to have her back as my Obgyn for my second pregnancy.

I am sharing this experience as a warning to others considering MacArthur OB/GYN in Las Colinas. My experience with this office has been incredibly frustrating due to their complete disregard for patients' time and a total lack of professional accountability. It is unacceptable to repeatedly face wait times that range from 30 minutes to over 3 hours past a scheduled appointment. On multiple occasions, I have requested time off from my own job under the impression that an appointment would take an hour, only to be left waiting so long that I was forced to take a half-day of leave just to be seen. It seems there is a fundamental belief in this office that only the doctor’s time is valuable, while the patients' personal and professional commitments are irrelevant. Furthermore, the scheduling continuity is abysmal. It is common for doctors here to be on leave for one full week every single month. When you have a scheduled appointment, you are often left with no care or forced to deal with constant cancellations. Being a patient here feels like you are consistently out of luck when it comes to receiving timely or reliable medical attention. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value professionalism, respect for your time, and reliable care.

Dr. Fanous and his amazing staff made my pregnancy such a wonderful experience. As a first time mom, I always felt supported, cared for, and reassured at every appointment. Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate. I'm so grateful I chose Dr. Fanous and would highly recommend him to anyone, especially first-time moms!

I had an absolutely horrific experience at the MacArthur OB/GYN Las Colinas location with Dr. Patel and her staff. I have never felt so devalued, dismissed, and neglected as a patient. This office operates like an assembly line, completely disregarding patient health, safety, and basic human care. The front desk and nursing staff are incredibly indifferent and dismissive. When we tried to bring up critical concerns and urgent symptoms, they completely ignored them. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude and hostile when we simply asked to discuss these serious medical matters directly with the doctor. Instead of letting us speak with Dr. Patel while we were physically at the facility, the front desk just told us to go to the ER so they wouldn't have to deal with us. Dr. Patel and her entire team showed a shocking lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic medical ethics. They treat patients like numbers rather than human beings looking for critical care. If you value your health, your safety, and your peace of mind, stay far away from this practice.
