My husband will have his 1st. Appt. On 3/8/2021. Just want to say The new patient coord. Norma Rivera was a super help and very nice and patient/ courteous and did return my call. That says alot about the office management .

The facilities and staff are professional and nice, but the way they manage patient information hasn't been updated in what feels like 20 years.I had to print out and fill out 15 pages of info, often writing down the same stuff over and over again. Often asking me if fax is my preferred method of communication.When I got to the office, the nurse spent 20 minutes manually inputting what I had written down into a database. Imagine how much time would be saved if this redundant step could be eliminated.
