Medexpress Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Waste of my time.

Absolutely no way it should take 2 hrs to take a random drug screen. This place had 4 people in the whole clinic and they literally took 1 hr per patient. I have taken hundreds of drug screens and at most it took an hr. How are you an Medexpress and there's no express? This is a sad place to go for anything dealing with medical care

Had hit my head and concerned about a concussion, Gave me a flyer to accident/ injury place. I became concerned, maybe they get money for sending people there? I have good insurance and chose not to sit in am ER for hours but that’s what I’m doing now

Called in because I have been really struggling mentally and medically with finding out my medical condition and how to treat it. On the website it says they do treat people with my condition. I was told just 2 try to different methods that are very easy to research and find yourself on google when looking for treatments. It is pretty sad that a place that says they are an urgent care don't accept you when they advertise that is what they do. I don't have a primary care doctor and needed some answers but according to them I wasn't to come in. Thanks a lot of for giving me 2 different solutions that anyone could look up and not even giving me a chance to be medically evaluated. Shouldn't be in this field if you aren't willing to help people that need you the most. Leaving people helpless great quality business.

Did not receive accurate info from Dr. Ali, MD. Provided paperwork at end of appointment for MRI. Doctor Stated "I will submit referral for MRI, please refer to paperwork after appointment. " On referral sheet no facility checked and no referral submitted (called to confirm). When I called to follow up receptionist stated that doctor said to follow up with my original Provider for referral. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY for MRI Or FOLLOW UP CARE. Read ALL Paperwork before you leave & ask facility to fax referral in front of U + provide a copy. ONLY WAY to insure your referral went through. Paid $60 to be directed back to provider. Unsatisfied with miscommunication & poor service from provider

For me, it was the best experience I've ever had with medical practitioners. I was stressed to meet a deadline for my physical, Jennifer, Marian, Zee and Jacob all went above and beyond to help me meet my deadline. They saved me thousands! They were courteous, thoughtful and focused on my needs. I really appreciate that. The location is nearly an hour drive without traffic from my home but I will gladly make that trip for all of my future unplanned medical needs. Thanks to all of you. Way to make my month!!!!!

Med Express was GREAT! I had to do a pre employment drug screening and within 12 hours of taking the drug test I got my my offer letter from my employment. Thank you med express for making this such a great experience. Shout out to the lady in charge of drug testing! She was awesome!

Except for the wait time to be seen everyone was exceedingly great despite my Illness. Thank You from an put of state patient who hopes to get back on my feet again soon.
