I recently visited Dr Fernandez with concerns and I came away completely reassured! He is so kind, listens attentively, makes notes and then gives his professional assessment. He has performed colonoscopies when I needed them, removed polyps and always informs me in a way that keeps me from needlessly worrying. I’m 71 years young and I’m so thankful to have a gastro doctor I trust and who knows my history.

I visited Dr. Fernandes 's office a couple of years ago and I remember edhim as a kind and knowledgeable doctor, so I attempted to schedule an appointment with him again as i had trouble swallowing food. I called yesterday and after a long wait, women finally answered and said she will transfer me to the scheduler. Scheduler never picked up so she said she will have her call me back. The following day,i received a voicemail, without being called to call back if I still want an appointment. Called back, waited a long time, and the most arrogant and rude person was the scheduler. In addition, she said soonest appointment would be in March. With her nasty attitude, I didn't even want to bother asking for something sooner. I called another doctor and have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. It's a shame when great doctors have nasty staff.

Dr. Fernandes is a wonderful doctor and a good person. Seems like it's hard to find a doctor that actually takes time to listen.I recommend him to anyone who needs a gastroenteritis.

Thank you so much for taking care of me and making me feel comfortable. I know you do this day in and day out, but I felt that when you were taking care of me, I was the only patient there. Thank you for your dedication and care of me. Thank you so much Dr. Fernandez for constantly keeping me calm by taking me through the the procedure step at a time, educating me as you proceeded forward with the procedure. Your nature, experience and expertise was appreciated. Happy holidays to you and the entire staff. 🙏
