Dr. Crim did an excellent colonoscopy procedure on me September 18th, 2020Dr. Crim and his staff went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and relievedAnd trustworthy...As for the facility it was up to top notch with technology very cleaned and followed COVID-19Regulations...Staff was very friendly and professional from start to finish...I will definitely refer my husband to Dr. Crim..staff also works very efficient...I love the fact staff communicates through text with all information of procedure from start to finish.. I also made my appointment with Dr. Crim over the phone went very well was able to speak face to face.. again the scheduler staff was very professional...Agin my experience was a 5 STAR!!!

Dr Crim and his staff are above and beyond when it comes to making you feel secure and comfortable. I adore these people and the pride they take. Kelly was wonderful as well as all the rest. Just forgot their names. Lol. You will feel very confident with your health in their care.

Dr. Crim is an amazing and talented surgeon. But he could not do it without the ostomy nurse Keri Grimmett. She was the lifeline we needed after emergency appendectomy and new to the world of ostomy care. We were unprepared for the care and supplies needed. She was so wonderful and really had the words to make us both feel confident that we could do this. She was available anytime to answer questions and was there at the doctor appointment to ensure our path was more positive than when we started. I cannot thank her enough for how wonderful she was to us.

Thank you Dr. Crim, With your well experienced hands you made a complex surgery and recovery simple and smooth for me. Also, I really appreciate the excellent aftercare I received from you and the hospital staffs.

I have been Dr Crim's patient for 10 years and have absolutely had great care .

Dr. Crim is very knowledgeable and talented doctor. He seems to be a very caring doctor, and I’m so glad that I chose him for my procedure. For the most part, during my procedure, everybody was very nice and caring at Baylor Scott and White Irving.I’m giving his office three stars because his staff is not very friendly or helpful. Also, he’s really booked up all the time, and so it’s hard to ask him questions at the office.

I have never experienced such professional and exceptional care. Dr . Crim is professional and his personal bed side manner is a rarity in these days of fast paced medicine. He genuinely cares about his patients and listens to questions and concerns. His demeanor is always upbeat but takes his position very seriously. So thankful I was able to be seen by him . His staff is very professional and thorough and the wait time is minimal!

Dr Crim was requested because of the difficulty of a intussusception and a hardball sized mass. He performed an excellent surgery. Prayed for the best and feel that prayers were answered. He listened, answered every question. We are not out of the woods yet but feel we had the best possible outcome.
