We always have a great experience at Rodeo Dental in Irving! The staff is incredibly friendly and patient, and they do such a great job making us feel welcome. My daughter Melanie actually enjoys going to the dentist, which says a lot! They take such good care of her—gentle, kind, and always making sure she’s comfortable and at ease. As a mom, that means the world to me. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that truly cares about both kids and adults!

I just got braces today and the ortho staff were so nice and extremely helpful. Especially Dr. Dugoni and Paola they really are the nicest people ever. Thank you guys for making this process so easy and looking forward to coming back!

Rodeo Dental is truly amazing! I began my dental journey here over two years ago, and the experience has been nothing short of life-changing. From treating cavities and getting wisdom teeth removed to monthly visits for my braces, every step of the way was handled with care and professionalism. Paola always made sure I felt comfortable and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Dr.Dugoni and the rest of the team are heaven sent ! their positivity, expertise, and support made me feel safe and confident throughout the entire process. Every time I look at my results, I get emotional. This journey was absolutely a 10/10!

I was looking for a new dentist and chose Rodeo Dental based on their great reviews, so I decided to book an appointment. I arrived on time for my ortho consultation during my lunch break from work. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes, only to be told it would be "5 more minutes." Unfortunately, I waited another half hour after that. The entire process felt rushed and not very thorough. The staff were very friendly and took the time to break down my insurance coverage, which I appreciated. However, it seems there was a special promotion that led to an overcrowded schedule. They need to do a better job of spacing out appointments to avoid excessive wait times and lower-quality service. If I had a better option through my insurance, I would choose a different provider—somewhere I wouldn’t have to wait two hours just to get a referral.
