This place is part of the problem with healthcare. They sent a referral for the wrong imaging modality (mammogram vs ultrasound), it’s taking about a week to get the correct referral sent, and I show up for my lab appointment at 7am, nobody is there. My appointment was scheduled at 7, the sign on the door said they open at 7. I waited until about 7:30, nobody showed up so I had to leave. The provider, Alicia Jackson and the new person at the front desk were great.

This is the clinic assigned to my kids by their insurance blue cross blue shield. I show up with my sick kid on Friday and it turns out they don’t have a doctor that can see kids. I advocate for him and they end up seen him but can’t find anything wrong all tests come back negative. Mind you he had a fever headache and sore throat. Come back home with nothing but allergy medicine and ibuprofen. He continues to run a fever and his sore throat never stops. Finally on Sunday I decided to take him back to the clinic and I google the clinic hrs. It was supposed to open at 8 get there at 9:30 and they are closed. Call the number and they tell me “ yes the clinic does open on Sundays but today we are actually closed” like wtaf worse clinic ever. This place is a joke

This is the time since I started coming to this office they I felt heard. The front office upon entry was very nice. The NP was great as well.

Worst experience! Management is not great! I have been trying to schedule an appointment and they themselves cancel and reschedule without any email or text to inform me. And worst part is, the appointment they rescheduled, even that they themselves canceled and asked me to call n schedule one more appointment. Nobody responds properly n they do not have a basic X-ray n scan intact.

I was feeling a little overwhelmed in trying to find a new physician, I researched on Google and Yelp. I came across Mira Patel, she had wonderful reviews from patients. I immediately made an appointment, and today I finally met her. The reviews were right, Mira is FANTASTIC!! She and the staff that I interacted with were all very nice. When I arrived the check in process was seamless. Traci (medical assistant) was extremely friendly, professional and personable. I’m happy to have found the Sanitas Las Colinas office. I look forward to continuing to be under their care. Thank you!

Have been coming here a couple years now for my primary care needs. Mira is great, attentive, cares and listens to concerns. Yajaira and the other medical assistants I've encountered are top notch. Leslie and Viveka are delights. If they can do it at Sanitas, that's where I go. Always the best care, never a long wait for my appt, so glad to have them.
