Medical City Las Colinas ER had a great staff that all treated me with kindness and compassion while helping me with a kidney stone. I had to return a week later to get my medical records and the staff at the front desk were nothing short of heroic in how much they helped me out! I removed a star from the review just b/c the phone system is utter garbage. Do yourself a favor...if you have to call to update your name/address or get a copy of your records...just go do it in person if at all possible.

My experience was okay for my delivery. Only problem was the first set of nurses that I had didn’t have a clue of what they were doing. Poked me several times with the wrong sized needles and til this day I am still sore on my wrist from it. My charge nurse came in and fixed the problem without any pain and one poke.Come to find out the nurse was an intern. Came in my room more than normal because she couldn’t get the Doppler to work properly. I had to do it myself. After her shift was over, the stay was way smoother and more comfortable.

I gave birth by a c section and I have to say I had the best nurses they were extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I wish I could remember their names to give them Recognition. But they were great and made my experience here with them so wonderful.

My son was taken here on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. The ER nurse Chauncey or Chassidy I'm sorry, I forgot was so sweet and helpful. Thanks for helping me and my son through a hard time. Great and helpful employees, also the registration young lady was helpful.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and they take their COVID safety protocols very seriously. While I was there, I saw a day porter cleaning and wiping lockers down and keeping things clean. Very impressed!

Great place to go. The employees were very professional and pleasant. The care was extremely great, Food service. Was excellent!!! The nursing departments was excellent, I really enjoyed my stay.
