After doing research on my own I found out I had a possible bunion. I went to Dr Reza Mobarak for a first ever foot office visit. He didn’t even examine my foot. He stood a distance away and said “Yup, it’s a bunion. You need a surgery, nothing else.” Like?? If I couldn’t get that off the internet. I had to ask him multiple questions, it seemed like he didn’t take me serious and was in a rush. Didn’t explain the procedures, recovery, no x-rays etc. As mentioned previously, he didn’t even examine my foot so I could possible have something else and wouldn’t know. I understand there isn’t anything else that can be done to stop it, but he should clarify that with his call center and the girls who schedule appointments. If you have a bunion don’t bother coming here, he just expects you to be ready for a surgery without explaining ANYTHING. I drove all the way from Fort Worth and paid out of pocket because of the rest of the good reviews. I was extremely disappointed.

New patient visit was exceptional and will look forward to coming back and continue with the treatment plan. The staff and doctor was very personable and helpful. Especially coming from the VA medical system. It's night and day. Perhaps Southwest can offer VA training on how to serve your patients and treat them with dignity and support. Highly recommend anyone who needs attention to go to one of Southwest foot and ankle clinic and I am so thankful for Dr. Brandon Adams DC for recommendation.

Friendly caring staff. Though my insurance has been difficult and didn't approve what Dr Mashni felt was most effective treatment to heal my wound, he diligently worked on the best alternative. I have a lot of confidence in him and am seeing good results. Highly recommend Southwest Foot and Ankle and DFW Wound Care Center.

This was my first time coming here and I really liked the friendly environment I would like to compliment Arisbet for giving me instructions how to get to the location she stayed on the phone with me till I arrived I was really lost with the address they sent me and was very friendly and also Miguel he was very gentle with my son on cutting his nails being that my son is autistic and non verbal I was kinda afraid the way my son was going to react and also he gave me so much information about other services that I’ve made an appointment for myself and I’m definitely bringing my son back I will recommend this place to my family and friends and I believe this 2 awesome people deserve a raise thank you 👍
