Had my glaucoma visit with Dr Haytor and I was fully satisfied with my visit. The staff is the sweetest, they explained all the tests properly and also made sure my insurance questions get addressed. The wait time was minimal and the doctor took time to answer my questions and concerns.

I went for an eye exam as my prescription for last year had just expired. When I arrived, we had a lot of difficulty with my insurance, but after struggling through it, it was finally resolved. Then, I had my eye exam. I was given a very thorough eye exam, including being charged for someone no one asked me about. During no point in intake or the exam itself was I asked if I wanted the optional part of the exam, but I was still charged for it with the excuse of “Someone should’ve told you that.” The only good part was the optician herself. Once the rest of the exam was complete, I waited about 15 mins for my prescription after having to ask why did what I was waiting on. I doubt I’ll be back and I’d caution others as to the long wait times and the unexpired addons that you probably won’t be told about.
