This is probably the best service in Texas. I just want to say that service in 2 latin american countries I've visited is much faster (within the hour), 20% of the price, and the same quality.

I walked in at 4:47pm today to get a chest xray. Sign says they close at 5pm. Lady at front desk says they've already shut the machine down for the day so the tech can leave at 5. Change the sign to say you close at 5pm.

Needed x-rays done, I was told they'd charge my insurance $72-$100 an x-ray. No problem, I knew whatever the insurance didn't cover would be my responsibility. My estimate was $172ish . . .I paid right then. A month later, I receive a bill for $156??? They decided they'd charge my insurance $375 per x-ray!! Now they want me to pay what my insurance didn't pay because they charged 5X's what they said the charges would be! Not okay and seriously unethical. I've called everyone possible to get this fixed, there is no point in calling as they all act like it's okay to charge $300 more for something after the fact. Update: I see the reply to call the customer center. I made calls in December, February, March, April and 3 more since then. Each time with no resolve and over 40 hours wasted calling and talking to reps and being told a manager will call me back (which they don't).

The imaging on my carotid artery was done very professionally. No complaints at all on the service I received from the tech. My problem is with the receptionist who checked me in. She was wearing a jacket with several "message" patches. The most prominent one read "NO RACISM FORMED AGAINST ME WILL PROSPER". I am offended in two ways by that message to Touchstones customers. The first is the bastardization of a biblical verse to make a political statement by the company's employee. The second is the fact that she is assuming that people coming to your facility are racist, and need to be warned to be "not racist". (How do you do that ?) . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My appointment was in the South Irving Tx. location on 9/20/2022

I do not recommend this place because the MRI machine was very old and billing information is not clear I did X-ray and MRI in Touchstone and do not recommend this place. Be careful they will cheat you like me. First of all MRI machine is very old with poor quality images. Doctors reports are not clear ( I got different X-ray in different place and report results are absolutely different! ). And they didn't do my full wrist MRI where I have problem, they did only part of my wrist.... Also I asked several times about MRI price by phone and they told it will be 1250 $ for left hand without a contrast. And I asked at the front several times about my final price and they told 1250$ is the final price. I paid in the clinic cash but today I received extra bill !!! It is FRAUD!!!
