Dr. Waguespack was very skilled, friendly, explained procedure clearly, and it went quick. We could do the procedure same day without making a second appointment. Around $500 with Anthem insurance.
I was disappointed to discover my information on the portal was missing except for my name and a couple of other items. Plus a recording said to expect to longer wait times to talk to anyone because the staff was in training. A kind and patient person, Ayanna, took my call. She explained a change of portals was responsible for the missing information and took a detailed message for my doctor. Since Ayanna was kind, patient, and thoughtful, I found her to be a bright spot.
They overcharged me for an office visit, I called billing department several times but I have not gotten the refund yet. I have tried to contact the billing department again, but no one returns my calls.
Very good visit but I’m still waiting to receive my prescription

From the Doctors to the Tech, you all work with perfection. All of you went above and beyond the call of duty, need to promoted to a Higher level and get paid more than what you are getting. I Pray it will Happen for you all.
Wonderful peaceful and the customer service was amazing. Thank you so much for your help.
Met Dr. Choate for the first time. She was amazing to deal with as was her staff members. Sometimes in our lives us "girls".... just need a "girl" doctor to deal with! She answered all my questions/concerns, we looked at my xrays together with further explanation from her. We made a Plan A and discussed a Plan B. Thank you Dr. Choate!
Surprised.... My PCP referred me for a consult on a CT. I didn't know it but the scheduler put me into an "existing patient" slot to get me in soon. This meant a much smaller time slot was allocated than a new and unfamiliar patient would require. I was told by the check in lady that it was a mistake, so no one expected a new patient. But I was a new patient. I expected an unhappy doctor, because this was an obviously busy practice. In he walked with a smile, addressed the CT scan issue, did a quick exam and relevant history cheerfully. He even addressed a couple of unrelated issues. Somehow I knew he was rushed, but I couldn't put a reason to that perception because he was kind. He took time for a few comments and queries about everyday life. I found him totally likable and believed he might be a great fit for my urology needs, without instilling dread in me about whether there would be enough minutes and seconds in a visit to ask pertinent questions. So, yes - all stars. The office staff was agreeable and efficient. No complaints whatsoever. I wouldn't suggest that one could always get inserted into a short time slot for a long problem. But when it happened, the doctor and staff adjusted, and did a great job of dealing with it. I hope not to abuse that kindness.
Excelente services . The doctor and his team of assistants were very kind and professional ,thanks

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
