I absolutely love Dr. Villalba! Her staff is so nice and pleasant. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Villalba’s office, she does care for her patients!

Bad reviews are true! Would give 0 starts if possible. Scheduled an appointment, gave all information, even insurance information. Got message to confirm appointment. Showed up to appointment and was told I didn’t have an appointment. Then what did I confirm?? Wouldn’t see me, even though it was their mistake. When talked to front desk about issue, I got the worst attitude!! Pretty much told me it wasn’t her issue.If the front desk is allowed to be this rude to patients, it must be because the doctor doesn’t care. If she cared, the attitudes would be addressed. Obviously no one is concerned because bad reviews keep piling up & no one is doing about it.So previous bad reviews are true! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they showed their true colors even my first appointment.

I wish I could leave a 5 star review but unfortunately I can not after what I went through. Dr. Villalba's staff is nice and friendly but the doctor herself is rude. I went in for an appointment and when I got there I was asked for a urine sample I was NOT told in advance so of course I was struggling to leave one. I was in the restroom and I heard the doctor yell out to what I assume her nursers: "can she not leave a few drops" she sounded very frustrated that I could not leave a urine sample. I heard it loud and clear and at this point I felt uncomfortable because she was basically rushing me and when she was doing the procedure she did it very rough and it hurt me. On top of that befoe doing the procedure she kept saying how I could not leave a urine sample and kept reminding me. Like I said in the beginning of my review her staff is nice but the doctor herself is rude.

I will never waste my time going back to a nasty clinic, that’s has a rude medical assistant.The doctor also showed no concerned for my pain . In the medical assistant did a poor job with that nasty attitude she has. Don’t go Monday or any day at all..I wish I could’ve gave them a zero star.

Would not even give a single star to her. She made my life a bad experience and would never forget that day in my life. I had the life’s worst experience with this doctor. I still dreamt that if i would have gone to a different doctor but nothing can change.

I love Dr Villabla and her staff! I began seeing her in for annual well women’s check up in 2017 and then had a baby earlier this year. During the whole pregnancy she was very reassuring and answered all my first time mom questions. When baby got to 39 weeks and still no change in dilation and baby’s position was not where it needed to be we scheduled a c section, turns out he was in the face up and not in my pelvis like he should have been. I would have had an emergency c section but thanks to Dr Villabla I didn’t! She was even great with my recovery and making sure I had enough time off of work. I had ZERO issues with the whole process.

Awesome Doctor. We had a Natural Delivery on Aug 27, 2019, which was supposed to be a CSection. Doctor n Nurses made the imposaible Possible..
