I was referred to Dr. Hurt by a friend who had surgery by him. He came highly recommended and I see why. Very personable and makes you feel at ease. And the office staff are very nice too…very friendly.

Office runs on time. During visit lots questions easily answered in common language you can understand. Dr Hurt explains the pros and cons of treatment options and allows for dialog. This is my second time in 5 years as a patient (different issue) and highly recommend. The treatment has worked.

Dr Hurt spent a significant amount of time discussing my complex medical history. He then offered several options, suggesting the value of conservative treatment measures indicating that, while surgery is always an option, other treatments may yield satisfactory outcomes without the invasiveness and months of rehab that a surgical intervention would require. We continue to track and assess my progress, and I’m comfortable knowing he’s seeking the best path forward for me based on my needs. It’s good to have confidence in both the technical skill and judgment of your surgeon.

Dr Hurt is a great . He fixed my right shoulder 10 yrs ago. Still going strong. Seeing him now with my left shoulder. I would highly recommend him

My husband had a shoulder injury and went to Dr Hurt on a referral. Dr Hurt spoke condescendingly to both of us and the nurse was rude as well. We sent an MRI over and he didn’t even know we had had one when he came in to examine my husband. He was dismissive and unsympathetic. My husband was unable to walk and he still would not give him a different pain management program.
