2 weeks ago I was sent a notice from a debt collector about an unpaid bill from Quick Visit. The problem that I have is that I paid the bill in August 2022. Nobody at Quick Visit can seem to pick up or return my phone call to explain to me what is going on. When you ask for the billing department you are told that they only handle bills from May 2023-present. It is starting to seem a little fraudulent.

Terrible service!! My boyfriend waited over an hour after making an appointment online just to be told that "their system is messed up". 6 other people who arrived after he did were called back to see the doctor while he sat there being ignored. We will never be back.

I was miserable with poison ivy. Check in was quick. Nurse and Dr were very concerned. Very detailed and gave good follow up instructions. I would definitely go again if necessary and recommend to my family. Thank you!

For the second time in 12 months I've had to visit this clinic with knee problems. Both times they have been very professional and took care of my problem quickly. I especially want to say how great Dr. Amanda has been both times. Thanks again for the excellent service.
