Ut Health Jacksonville's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Joe Moss for 12+ years. I highly recommend him. His bedside manner is absolutely the best. I would say it will be difficult leaving him due to UT Health not being able to come to an agreement with United Healthcare on credentialing. This put hundreds of people including Medicare patients out of a doctor for at least 3 months. We are in a rural area and finding a new doctor would be devastating to anyone. Please come to an agreement with United Healthcare!

ER is a wreck. Horrible patient care. Patients are just a number. Miminal effort from the whole staffing department. Patient was in a wheelchair, nurse would not even push him back to the room.

First of all, you need security in the parking lot and entrance doors that are not locked. I went to get bloodwork ordered by my doctor. The total to be billed to insurance was approximately $4,200. My portion was $167.00. I did not have bloodwork done. It fraudulent to charge an insurance company $4,200 knowing that it will not be paid because it is unreasonable. This is what makes insurance unaffordable. I have paid out of pocket for my bloodwork. It is only $150.00. As a result, I will not return to Dr. Salvi. The bloodwork should be done in the office and included in a yearly checkup. Stop overcharging insurance companies.

Extremely friendly and efficient. CT girl was very helpful and discrete. Very glad to have found this place.

For this to be a hospital the er lobby is dirty and nasty looking. How can sick people be comfortable coming there to er with it being that filthy. Lobby looks like he hasn't been clean in day's

The CEO, DeLeigh Haley has trespassed me from this property without any explanation and will NOT return my calls. Dr. Hendrickson is my son's doctor, Dr. Etim sees my fiance now that Dr. Roberson has left the practice. I alone referred 23 people to this location, all of which are now patients, and I'm genuinely requesting a simple answer as to why I deserve this extreme treatment against me

Went in for face droop. Doctor comes in does(stroke) test ,says TIA . 2 hours later the lady from ct scan came and couldn’t do scan because no one had done blood work or put in IV . Doctor was great, scan was great, apparently nurse wasn’t capable of doing blood for 2 hours or asking for help to get it done. Now having to wait a month to drive further East for a neurologist. I am finding it hard to like East Texas health care.

NEVER TAKE ME HERE AGAIN!! Treated as though I was med seeking when I had a car accident and was transported in by ambulance. TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNERS. ER doctor & RN nurse were both rude. Just TERRIBLE🤬🤬

Horrible and most racist emergency room ever out of 40 years. I walked in with three kids and because I was a minority woman/black and Latina the fat white woman at front desk asked what last name each of my kids had. She kept saying what's this one's last name and so on Assuming they all had different fathers.She was as racist and rude as it gets. Everytime I spoke She cut me off and refused to listen. The other staff were no better. Laughing in my face as I described our symptoms because it was late at night and we are were sick. The nurse who asked questions asked me 'what other medical history do I have besides having babies". How insulting. We didn't even get to see the doctor and they barely checked me or my kids. I was not dressed sleazy like a horror and didn't deserve this treatment. I work as well just as they do and they judge me because I was a single black woman with kids and refused to take me seriously. Medical negligence and racial discrimination. I never been treated so terrible until I moved to East Texas. Very sadly racist. I wouldn't send a dead person there.People we need to form a class action lawsuit against this hospital and sue for justice.

This place is trash everyone is rude truly seems like the only thing they care about is money not your health or well-being was seen under a workman's comp issue... got hurt at work oh well happens well when I was seen seems like no one cared the interest was just get me out of there asap. Cool oh well I hate the doctors just had to go because work made me..... and now here I am a few months later and they are trying to bill me when this was workman's comp even when I have talked will the billing department and nothing they dont care just want more money talked with my H.R(oh I work for the state of Texas so no problems with there insurance) and they have paid in full and for some reason they still think they can just bill me to..... moral of the story don't go to this hospital they just want your money not what's best for you, your health or wellbeing they will just turn around and charge you more money for nothing without even helping you get better
