Before was very nice place and the people was very nice. Now is different the front desk girl she doesn’t know what she doing and no customer service experience. She was big problem. My appointment was at 5.30 PM for the test I received messages I have to be there before 10 minutes and I did. The front desk girl she asked me what time my appointment and I told her 5.30pm and she asked me for my id and insurance Id I give it to her after they she asked me to sit in lobby and it’s was many people sitting there. I keep waiting for her and nothing happened. I walked to he at 5.50PM and I asked her about my ID s almost he has them for 30 minutes and she didn’t return and she asked to wait. I don’t like to sit in side because was Crazy people sitting very close. At 5.55PM I get in but she was very rudely. I will never back again.
Dr was thorough in exam and listened to all symptoms before diagnosis and treatment.
Their website says they have drive thru covid testing. But when i got there i had to go inside.
Appointment was at 11:37 still in the waiting room. Checked in, filled out paperwork, and paid copay within the first 45 minutes of arriving. It is now 12:05 and still waiting. We will see how much longer before I am seen. Doc came in to see me at 12:30 very attentive and great bed side manor. Out of the facility by 1 pm
Not sure how this place has any reviews over 1 star. They billed me *$850* for a *free* covid test. These people are predators! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Never coming back to this place!!!!! The wait was extremely long for no reason and then the doctor and nurse that were supposed to help us were so rude and treated us like they were disgusted by us being gay. The nurse looked at my husband up and down like a freak and the doctor was not even listening to him he literally tap the injury twice and was like “oh you sure is not a bug bite there a smaller one here” he said to a pimple!! Like in what kinda school did he go to? And he did nothing other than give medication and my husband still walked out in pain out of there. And the nurse almost made me have an argument with him with the bad attitude he was giving and the way he was talking to us. Only good part was the fort lady who was amazing and helpful. We will be going to a better urgent care tomorrow!!!
Update: I called their billing department and they never respond. I called multiple times and even left a message. How am I supposed to fix this if they dont respond?You were 5 star up until I got a bill from you. You just sent me a bill for $240. I provided you with my insurance card and still charged me. I know for sure 100% is covered under my insurance plan for covid testing. I know this is your error and I will have to call you to fix this. You are wasting my time. This kind of error makes customers very irritated. You should have called to confirm with me if you were not sure.
Great service, fast and friendly. But they sent me a bill that should have been processed through insurance. I contacted my insurance and found out they did not put my full name on the claim. I have been trying to contact the billing department but it keeps ringing and no one answers the phone. I have called them multiple times and left a message, but no one called me back. I cannot recommend this to anyone.

I do not have medical insurance so I looked around for some Urgent Care Clinics in the area. Apex Urgent Care came up with extremely high ratings and I can see why. I visited them today 1/14/21 and was treated with dignity and respect from the front desk to the Nurse who screened me to the Docter that helped me. I highly recommend Apex Urgent care.

Great online scheduling for COVID testing. Check in was easy if you fill out the online forms before arriving. Ladies were very nice. Nurse did a great job on test.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever experience. Not only it’s a long wait with a appointment , the doctor is rude . Never in my life ever had a so call doctor talk to me the way he did . The only thing I hear is them talking in the hallway . Up to you ! Stay away ... the only positive was the front desk lady’s were nice .
Just unprofessional, customer service. Not helpful at all. Would not recommend this clinic based on that alone.

Absolutely AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS! They are not professional nor do they know anything about honest customer service! STAY AWAY!
Be careful with their deceiving billing practices. Dont give them your credit card info unless you know for sure what the full transaction fees areTOTAL. POINT. BLANK. If I could do 0 stars, I would.My husband and I were charged $300 for 2 Covid19 rapid tests! $300. When we actually have insurance. AND...when they said the fee was $150, the lady over speaker phone clarified after asking if it was $150 EACH, or for both? She said for both. Figured it was our insurance copay total for both. Well, afterward, we looked at the receipts further since we needed to submit them for our FSA company, and we realized we were charged $150 EACH.Had we known this, we would have never even stepped foot there. The urgent care up the street was only going to charge us copays. Kelsey Seybold would have been FREE with our insurance but its a bit of a drive for us. We went there for convenience and we were suckered big time. When we called to put this to their attention, they were snide saying no insurance company covered the rapid testing. Interesting, because we just hung up with Cigna and they DO cover the testing. But now we need to submit the claim ourselves and get an itemized bill from them. And another thing, had we known the total was $300 BEFORE we took the test, and not $150 for both like they CLARIFIED, we would have just driven to Kelsey Seybold or the other urgent care instead. This is crap. So sad too because we have given this place lots of business over the years since their grand opening and referred plenty of people but never again. NEVER AGAIN.

Visited the Richmond site few days ago for COVID testing!!! Booked online! appointment time on schedule. Went in and out!!! Staff was friendly! felt very comfortable!! Highly recommend :)
